A big shoutout to H&H this morning. I had about 20 large items I needed in a big hurry due to some unfortunate circumstances and an unruly customer. I have been with H&H since I first started my wedding photography career in 2005. They are a wonderful lab with exceptional customer care. I recommend calling them with any questions or needs. They ar...e very attentive and helpful. They have a great variety of products and most of all care about their customers. Their print quality is above anyone else and very authentic. I strongly recommend this company especially during this digital age where everything and everyone is automated. I ordered a metal print that was to be free from IUSA. Was looking forward to this print because I love metal prints. However they had an issue with my card and I thought ok, I entered the card wrong I re-entered my info. Still the same issue. I use this card at my other labs with no issue. Tried my everyday card (different company) with the same issue. Even tried a third with the same problem. I pay my bills so these cards are not maxed or anywhere near. All of this and weeks later with multiple emails in regards to a card for a print that is to be free. Even being told I have a $50 credit to be used towards a print in the future. Not to mention the navigation issues with the order process. Just getting the print ordered with this system was a nightmare.
So today I called to cancel the order by phone because they don't seem to get the emails I've sent in reply to the daily emails that my order can't be processed. I mentioned my reason for canceling and there was no attempt to fix the problem.
All of this to just receive a free print!!

I just received my first order... a large metal print with mount. It was processed and shipped (for free!) so quickly. It came packaged so well that there was no way it could be damaged. The qualit...y is amazing and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I love it and will be ordering from h+h in the future for sure. See More

Your product is great, but when you advertise a 2-business day turnaround, and the product has taken 6 business days and an email inquiry before actually being created, that is false advertising and v...ery poor customer service. A simple notification of delay goes a long way, especially when you have turned your client into a liar to their client. This is the second time I have placed an order that was more than double your reported turnaround time, with no email notification. Very poor customer regard.

Edit/Update: my product was lost, but processed on time. And while I do appreciate the sped up process time to replace the item, a simple email would've gone a long way.

So incredibly disappointed with the new business cards I just received! At first, I suspected that maybe my last calibration was way off...but as I went through every card, I realized that the color incredibly inconsistent throughout, there is banding on some, odd discolorations, and the color is waaaaay off on pretty much every single card. It isn't possible that it is a calibration issue, as some are incredibly warm while others are incredibly cool. All are waaaaay overly saturated, while others of the same image are not quite as saturated (yet still over saturated). I am at a loss for words at how horrible of a job this lab did! Thank goodness this was not an album for a client! I will no longer be using H&H! See More

Terrible. I have been using them for years, loved them. If you needed help they got back asap. Well I went to download the sports program and was told that since I'm not making very much, as a sma...ll business they can not let me down load the program. The program is reserved for growing clientele. To top that off it took 3 week's for a response. I miss the old H&H! See More
