the store is just like other toy stores, but the real key different is the staff there!! they are li...ke high in sugar!! super energetic, and i felt like in a circus actually.. first time at hamleys and i'm pretty sure what makes hamleys is so iconic is the staff.. Mehr anzeigen
We visited on July 21st and was greeted by 2 wizards who noticed it was my daughters birthday by the... badge she was wearing and got lots of people in store to sing happy birthday to her they were amazing. Francesca at Build a Bear was awesome with my daughter while she was getting her My Little Pony toys and was helpful when my son had a bit of a moment when the stuffing machine started. She also rounded up the Build a Bear crew for another birthday song. Awesome!
