My husband and I plus and 2 kids Had a family room with a sofa bed. This sofa bed was so uncomfortable my kids or husband couldn't sleep on it, springs were poking out and it had a big dip in the midd...le, so I had to literally sleep on the floor! With towels as blankets as no spare covers are provided. Hell is one word to describe it as I had maybe 1-2 hrs sleep the whole night. Told reception the next day but were told 'well it is not a proper bed it's a temporary bed' utterly horrendous experience. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding. We definitely won't stay here again or even recommend it..I want to stay somewhere I feel I'm being looked after and the hotel cares, this one does not!!! See More

Having stayed here several times before we chose here again for our special Valetines weekend due to its cleanliness and comfort and on this occasion it was a disaster. Numerous maintenance issues an...d issues with cleanliness with first room so staff asked us to move to another room which also had maintenance and quality issues. Have emailed the hotel on 4 occasions to try and speak to the manager about this but have not had a response, which further adds to our complaint! 100% satisfaction GUARANTEED is how they sell this hotel.....well I am left totally dissatisfied and no one even has the common courtesy to aknoledge repeated emails. Very, very poor Hampton Hilton Liverpool Dock......sort it out! See More

This was our second visit so was confident that we would get the high standard experienced the first time around- it did not disappoint. I have recommended this hotel to family and friends previously... and the also loved it. Only one comment to make this time is that the cleaner was knocking on the door pre 9am to check if the room had been vacated - this was totally unacceptable and I’m sure there are other ways to find this out??? Stayed for 2 nights whilst on a short break. Never stayed here before but would not hesitate to do so in future. Room very clean and loved the massive shower!! I thought the price very reasonable con...sidering it included breakfast. With regard to breakfast, disappointed that only scrambled egg and no fried available otherwise no complaints. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay special. Will definitely be returning!! See More

Last night after being at the International Horse show all afternoon, then coming out to find the Echo arena car park on fire with my car in there. My friend and I needed to get back home to St Helens.... We were cold, wet and very distressed. The girls on reception let us sit in reception to keep warm whikst waiting for our lift. They were very kind, and we felt safe. Thanks so much to wonderful caring staff in a lovely hotel.... See More

Will never set foot in the building again. Breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo! The quality of the breakfast was shocking for a hotel with the “Hilton” trade mark. Couldn’t get a seat for at 8am or 10am. Wasn’t made to feel welcome whatsoever. A number of rude staff members. Understaffed at reception and the bar, the que was out the door. See More

At hotel now as I write this. On arrival staff very nice friendly, room is great very modern very clean. The gym is small but well equipped, all in all a very nice hotel. Car parking is £13 for 24, I am happy with that because the car park is secure I can rest easy knowing car is safe. Would I stay again? Yes I would See More

The staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. Our room looked like it had been decorated in the last week and was clean and fresh. The bathroom was bright and well proportioned.
On the downside the ca...r park entrance ramp is severe and you can not avoid scraping the cars front skirt on the entrance and exit. Although the security is good. The breakfast was disorganised, no yoghurt, tinned fruit, luke-warm Sausage /eggs/beans. Great coffee though.
On reflection it has no better standards than a Premier Inn and I suppose it's a 'budget' option for this chain. But at this price tag it isn't what I expected from the Hilton hotels brand.

Nice room but breakfast is another story. The worst breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. We checked out after leaving it and went into the city for breakfast. Told the reception staff when we left and ...was told they’d pass my comment on. For the price we paid I’d of expected something far far better.
Won’t be staying again as not worth the price.

We had a great one night stay here. The room was very modern, very clean, beautiful bathroom. We had a room on the 4th floor which had great views of the Dock. Reception staff were great and very atte...ntive when we had drinks at the bar. Parking fees were very reasonable for the overnight stay. We would definitely return. Thankyou. See More

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in terms of room and cost.
Tiny family room with no room to walk around beds or store suitcases. Sofa bed unsafe.
Was woken up with insect bed bites at 5a...m in the morning down one leg.
Breakfast a chaotic free for all where you can find 20 people queuing for one toaster and fighting over cold scrambled egg and terrible coffee.
All brought to the managers attention on check out and have been told I would be contacted?
Let’s wait and see?

Stayed last night with my daughter as we were going to a concert at the arena. Staff very polite and helpful. Room lovely and clean and had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast this morning ...was great. Plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Staff kept it full of food. Will definitely be returning to this hotel. See More

Just spent two nights there in a family room. Clean and tidy upon arrival. Double sofa bed was lethal. I have never seen as much metal work including on each corner big lumps of metal that nearly brok...e all out knee caps. Ended up having to use the bath towels to cover them up.
Bathroom was nice with large shower. Bathroom glass door doubles as wardrobe door with was bizarre. Nearly took my sons head off when I slid door open to leave the bathroom and my son was getting something out of wardrobe. Never seen anything like it!
Breakfast - not sure what to say other than don't bother. Cold pale bacon, cold sausages that look like they would only just pass the cooked status. Scrambled eggs (no other choice) tasted both mornings like the chef had tipped the whole salt pot in it. Coffee machine not working. Fruit was just from a tin and covered in thick syrup. This is also if you can find a seat. Ended up having to sit with children on the sofas in the bar area.
On a positive the location was fab.
Tip- don't pay hotel for parking but instead pre book with "my parking space" website. Cost us £21 for three full days. Hotel fee is £13 per 24hrs.

Great hotel, it's in a good area close to the bus station, the main shopping area and the ferry terminal. The breakfast was plentiful and very varied everyday. Staff were fantastic and everything clea...ned and spotless. There is an iron, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel already there in abundance. We really enjoyed our time here. See More

Nice clean modern hotel, staff polite and very helpful, breakfast was ok. Great location for Albert Dock and the echo arena. I thought at £13 the parking was expensive considering how much we paid for ...the room but after speaking to friends this seems like the norm with all hotels in the city centre. Overall I liked the hotel and would probably stop here again See More
