I am thrilled to announce that I am running for State House District 45 in Sumner County, the place my family and I have called home for twelve years. This was not an easy decision and not one I take lightly. Running a campaign is a difficult thing to do, but it is the right thing to do at this time.
Our state is at a crossroads, and our legislature is more focused on political gamesmanship rather than doing what's right for Tennesseans. The legislation coming from ...the Tennessee General Assembly has become an embarrassing spectacle.
It’s time to bring back common sense. We need meaningful and thoughtful representation for our beloved Sumner County. My candidacy is the right choice at the right time.
Tennessee is a wonderful place to call home, but we are facing critical issues that directly impact our communities. Too many of our students leave high school unprepared for a career or college. Too few people have access to proper medical care. Wages are stagnant as our cost of living continues to rise.
If you feel the same sense of urgency that I do to find common sense solutions, join me as we work together to help Sumner County achieve its true potential.
It will be the first time in a long time that Sumner County has had a choice on the ballot.

Wishing everyone a blessed month filled with patience, peace & prosperity.
May we reflect on the spiritual meaning of fasting, which is to rediscover, reestablish and reconnect with God and the sacredness of nature.
May this holy month of self reflection create a wave of compassion that could heal our world....
If God has blessed you, build a longer table, not a taller fence.
Wishing everyone a wonderful Happy Mother’s Day. My children make me feel like the luckiest mom.
To all the mothers out there:
May God's delightful grace and peace cascade over you many times over. 💝
“63% of Tennesseans support Medicaid expansion. Only 21% are opposed. That means there is three times as much support for bringing our federal dollars home.” - Michele Johnson, Executive Director of the Tennessee Justice Center.
Expanding Medicaid is the pressing need at this time. Tennesseans are suffering because TN legislators declined four billion dollars in federal assistance.
Support #Hana4House for meaningful representation.
TN is 40th in voter registration & 50th in voter turnout. More than 838,000 adult Tennesseans are not registered to vote. I say let’s have a voter registration drive bigger than Kanye West’s ego 🙌🏼
