I would give a no Star it that was a option! I had a thumb kill switch acting up and the bike would not start. I would keep flipping it until I could start the bike. We had to ride over an hour to ...get to this HD dealer, only to be asked how long I was going to be in Ashville because they did not have time to fix it that day because they were only open for one more hour. My reply was not long just passing through on our trip down the Parkway. On Labor Day weekend I would think they would have more techs working with the Blue Ridge Parkway just a hop, skip and jump from this Dealership. They did say that someone that was traveling was waiting on getting a tire put on, and had been for three hours; which proves my point not enough techs working on a heavy bike weekend. See More

I went in on a saturday, seen the ultra i wanted, spoke with logan, 10 minutes of haggling and done! By the time i cleaned out my bike and they swapped tags for me, Tonya the finance lady had my pape...r work ready to sign! The whole deal took about a hour. If there is a more stream lined way to do it Ive yet to see it! See More

Me and a friend were riding the Blue Ridge over Labor Day and on Sunday around 2pm his kill switch started acting up and the bike wouldn't start. He had to keep flipping it on and off until it finally... would allow him to start the bike. We made it down to Asheville around 4pm and he pulled into service. This dealership should be ashamed that they turned him away because they just didn't have the hour to change the switch. We were there at 4pm and they close at 5pm. When you're on the road and a breakdown happens but is not the timing you'd like and they turn you away I think it is just uncalled for. See More

My 3rd time shopping there. Very small clothing department. Limited on inventory~what is on the racks is what you get. The selections of clothing in stock was disappointing. Just not a great shopping for gifts. I do keep popping in every time I visit though, but safe to say, I'll pass in the future... See More

Well we drove 5 hours to see a bike that was for sale by an owner. Some gut feeling told my husband to go to the dealer who checked out the bike for us because he had alot of questions.

Thank he did...instead of buying a 2014 we walked out with a brand new 2017 tri glide and we couldn't be happier...

We drove 5 hours again to get home and my husband was so happy I talked him into the 2017 tri glide. He said it is one of the best handling bikes he ever drove.

Thank you to all the Staff from Jason to Tonya and everyone else who helped us. You all made this purchase so easy.

And thank you Jason for the call the next day checking on us that we made it home safe and sound. We really appreciated that.

Great customer service. We would recommend Harley Davidson Ashville to anyone looking for a great dealership.

Had my Heritage serviced and added some LED's and chrome while being serviced. Ordered parts ahead of time as recommended by Nick. Left it there for a few days so no rush. Went to pick up yesterday. A... little confusion with lights and one chrome part. But Caleb in service and Nick in parts worked hard to figure it out. Things happen and it's all in how you handle it! A+ to both of them! Little over 2 years ago my wife and I were blessed (with not so good credit)
With an approval for our very first Harley Davidson, financed through Harley. A brand new 2014 lowrider..., which had an initial problem and had to return for another model. I found a bike in on consignment, an 06 softail deuce.
The team that got us approved were exceptional, we showed that our credit was not so good but we made a good income, they saw this and went to work!
One of the greatest days ever.
A couple of weeks ago I went back to harley to look at an 08 rocker in on trade, and made a mistake and sat on a 2018 breakout I knew this was all I wanted in a harley, so my wife got paperwork together and we went down in hopes to trade my 06 softail which I put around 3500 miles on since ownership. I knew my payment would increase but worth it to me, I mean hey we were approved for a brand new lowrider,and showed less income, besides our payments history is flawless!!!
After waiting 3hrs we were told we needed to bring our finished tax forms in. Understood, but we're a little upset for the long wait only to be told to bring more. This is after credit score was already determined. So we leave, knowing that our income Is good but our score low.
We contact our accountant and she prepares the papers in a week or so and we return to Harley-Davidson excited as can be, they wouldn't turn us down we are 100% on our current payment and we show over 80,000 on tax forms, they wouldn't make us wait for hours just to turn us down?
Yes they did! Hours we waited, and finally we were told we had to many deductions and we were denied, total waste of time! Everyone has their jobs, some are better than others at their jobs. Our salesperson was awesome, she let us know she had no knowledge of the process and the approval was from another dept. Understood.
The team in 2015 fealt it would be a mistake to let our business go, and they were right, no missing payments here Harley Davidson and next one incoming.
At first I wasn't too upset my wife was for going thru the process of being turned down the way we did.
I wish the old crew was still around, they used good common sense and we prove them right once a month.
I dont believe that Harley-Davidson made a correct assessment/determination In our case. We accept it however this experience from the Harley Davidson finance dept in Asheville has us looking at Indians.
While Harley put their trust in us they ended up losing our faith in them.
I will pay off my softail as promised.
After this punch in the gut it would be hard to consider buying another.
Harley Davidson of Asheville finance dept will lose revenue for Harley if they dont step up their game.
When all is said and done we did get a "we appreciate your business"......Really???
Steve Larson, had the team from 2015 been in place I would have the bike I Truly fell in love with, with NO BULL!!!
They would have made it happen and Harley would have kept a new loyal customer.

Do not buy a bike here sold my friend a brand new lemon and will not make things right it stays in the shop and they never get it fixed stay away from this place!

Came with cash in hand to put down on a used bike. Salesman called once a week up to this point. Picked out a used Harley, completed all the paperwork. Called and made sure they received all my paperw...ork, they said they had it. Two days later they called and said they had not received any paperwork. That weekend went to test ride, they said bike had a dead battery. Went all that way for nothing. Waited for paperwork ? to get back from their lender ( never had a purchase take this long).
Just over a month from the initial visit for purchase, the saleman called and said the bike was ready for pick up. Sorry bought one from your competition. Nicer bike cheaper price, bought and took it home the same day! Thanks Blue Ridge Riders.

The folks here are great. Want to buy see Jason, Ken, and Tonya was great. See Tiffany in the apparel they are all great. If you need service there department has going on. Great buying experience.
