這是我有份爲Disciples Escoffier（一個始於法國的廚師組織）籌辦的慈善晚宴，希望能替Foodlink Foundation膳心連 籌得一點善款，希望各位能幫忙廣傳，多多支持!
The first Disciples Escoffier Black and White Dinner Party will be held at PLAYT, Park Lane Hotel (Causeway Bay) on 5 Sep, 2016:
6:30 pm Cocktails and Hors d'oe...uvres
7:30 pm Dinner
9:30 pm Charity Auction
This is the first charity dinner we organise in Hong Kong and the evening comprises a degustation menu paired with fine wines and a Charity Auction. Net proceeds from the dinner party will benefit Foodlink Foundation.
The degustation menu will be prepared by our 8 ASEAN delegations presidents, myself and Michelin 2 starred Chef Michel Portos. Each dish will be crafted in front of guests and wines are selected from the best regions of France.
Gather your friends for an enjoyable night of gourmet delights, toast and cheer while supporting a charitable cause!

Epicurean Dinner at Epure - Reservation is still open but seats are going fast!
We are delighted to have Chef Nicholas Boutin hosting the June Epicurean Dinner at his restaurant ÉPURE on June 7 (Tuesday).
ÉPURE Executive Chef Nicolas Boutin... built up his skills in noteable restaurants such as Lameloise (3*), Troisgros (3*). He worked as the Executive Sous Chef at Hauterive Saint-James (2*) in Bordeaux in 2002 and since then he had taken up Executive Chef positions at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Conrand Maldives and Four Seasons Bora Bora.
In 2013, Chef returned to Hong Kong to open ÉPURE. His culinary philosophy is to combine the use of pure, simple flavours with timeless ingredients that are light, seasonal and healthy. The attached special menu is created for Disciples Escoffier guests only and the cheese cellar selection is certainly not to be missed.
