Reading stories at Manchester Cathedral on Tuesday and today has been just wonderful! An opportunity for me to try out my stories on a large and discerning audience, and guess what? They loved them all! Even threw in a couple of songs. An afternoon of mask making was also great fun and filled the cathedral with the sound of children's laughter. Last storytelling session tomorrow at 11am

Here are some of the highlights from the Troll of Manchester Cathedral. It's turned out so well that I'm raring to go with my next book, The Fox of Chetham's Library.

More exciting developments; 'The Troll of Manchester Cathedral' will be featured in the Literacy Trust's Book Bench Trail in a specially themed Troll event at Manchester Cathedral. I'll be reading my book to listeners under the Hanging Ditch Bridge and there'll be other troll themed activities including family crafts and a Troll Treasure Trail. I can't wait! More details to follow!

Great news! The 'Troll of Manchester Cathedral' can now be purchased from St Denys' Manchester, at Manchester Cathedral Visitor Centre. It's a wonderful bookshop and you'll get the warmest welcome in Manchester with a free cup of coffee while you browse. Best of all, you can view the Hanging Ditch Bridge from the bookshop which, as readers of my book will know, is home to the mischievous Troll himself!

Our shopping ap is now up and running! You can buy your own copy of 'The Troll of Manchester Cathedral' right here, right now!
