I believe their customer service is fantastic, second to none. But the beds or a little firm, the showers didn't provide as much hot water as I would have liked, I'm not sure what brand of shampoo and... conditioner they use, but it could probably stand to be upgraded. The food was fine, the chef was decent, but definitely more fresh fruit could be an improvement. The gym was adequate, the personal trainers we're good, however the tennis courts could use to be restriped.. all in all, not a bad place to hang out. See More

I'm not even from Haram, but I'm a deputy in Gwinnett and these guys are the best. Never had to deal with them cause I'm not a law breaker ;) but I do love the humor they share and show to the public.... Keep on keeping on, brothers. See More

You should always appreciate and take the time to think each officer or what they do. They put your life on the line for you and me. They also have a family that need them to come home.

Had always heard negative things about HPD, but my encounter with Ofc. Benson today was pleasant. He seems like a good guy who realizes people are human and not all people are criminals. Thanks for th...e warning instead of a ticket. See More

Tough job you guys have. Sorry there are so many idiots exercising their right to free speech. Embarrassed to see these posts! Don't break the law and you will not have to encounter the police. If you... need them in an emergency remember all the ugly words you said about them. The police do not make the laws, and it is their job to enforce the law no matter how trivial. You think they care what you put in your body? No! Weed is illegal. I personally think it should be legal so the cops wouldn't have to waste time on the dumb ass stoners. Ever wonder how many child molesters, murderers, burglars, or other felons smoke weed? Any connection there? Makes you wonder.......
Thanks to all the good cops out there!!!!

Today's threat to entrap citizens for possessing a plant makes your profession in today's life filled with shootings, rape, and other acts of violence towards other human beings look like a joke. If y...ou or your department really cared to serve and protect, maybe start researching the subject.

If cannabis is the problem in your neck of the woods, and you honestly feel that anything other than bad becomes of its use to the point where you would put a person in jail for just having a plant, well, your town votes, and since the majority sport it's full out legalization, I'd like to share something told to me by the intake worker at the women's shelter I volunteer at.

"You know, in all the years I've done this, I've never had a woman call me at three in the morning in tears asking for help because her husband was stoned."

This was my first encounter with a "Hiram Police Officer" and not the best. I was pulled over from not wearing my car's seat belt. Correction: Pulled over from "appearing" to not have a car seat belt ...on. I clearly had it on - I put it on even in my garage before pulling off. Its for my own safety and I understand the value of my life. Yes people may say the fine is $15 - big deal. Its the principle - its easy to pay $15 and keep your mouth shut. I stay too far to 'hop and skip' to court and argue my case - it'll cost me more to take off work and drive from Atlanta to Hiram so the obvious solution is to pay the ticket. I think this is the best money revenue scheme ever. Maybe if I have another encounter or experience with the "Hiram" police department I can raise my stars, but as for now.... a ONE (1) is generous. Thanks for reading. Stay safe and "buckle up" the best you can. See More

Thank you for being human! Regardless of what everyone feels they can say hidden behind a smartphone you handle with grace (and sarcasm) all the while protecting the people of Hiram. Maybe none of the... rude commentators on this page will ever drive through the city limits and need your help. Be safe on the streets. Thank you for your service. #GodBlesstheBlue #BacktheBlue See More

Hello I just found this page again and even though it happened a couple of years ago I would like to thank the Hiram officer who helped me into my locked running vehicle in front of Gspot. It was defi...nitely a very awkward situation that he helped me make light of.. nick naming me "little red riding hood" I've never laughed until I cried with an officer before but he was awesome. Kudos to your pleasant and helpful officers! He helped me when I've had county officers refuse to help me in a similar situation with my new car and DOG inside the car. A PEDESTRIAN helped me that time, so once more thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me back into my car. I wish I could remember his name..

You guys and gals are the best!

On Saturday 28th 2014 I was disrespected by an officer in walmart parking lot he asked for my ID... I asked "what law did I break?" He replied "we got a call about cars driving reckless" I then asked ...him if my car was identified or had my tag number he told me to shut up and snatch my license out of my hand ..... This is the first time I have ever had a problem with a officer his car number was "14" I don't want to drop his name besides that Sargent's on night shift is an awesome guy. Their understudies are on a power trip and I'd wish someone would advise them to treat others with respect..... Next time I'll file a report See More

I really had zero dealings with the Hiram Police Dept since I moved to Pailding County in 2010 until today. A police officer pulled me over on highway 92 while I was driving home from shopping in Hira...m. Before he got out of his car, I unbuckled my seat belt and grabbed my wallet from my back pocket and put it on the passenger seat. The officer then wrote me a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt. When I explained my situation, he lied and said he would have seen me remove my seatbelt and that he did not. An absolute lie, as his car was much lower than my truck, and my seatbelt retracts from the seat itself rather than from the side of the truck, making it virtually impossible for him to see any movements of me from behind while in his car. Furthermore, I have a black tool box in my truck bed which blocks at least the bottom six inches of my back window. It was clear that this officer did not care he made a mistake, and was willing to lie to extort money from me via a ticket. It's no wonder respect for police is at an all time low when behavior like this is allowed. When a law abiding citizen is treated so carelessly and law enforcement is willing to lie so easily to give a minor traffic ticket to someone reflects very poorly on the Hiram Police overall. Shame on all of you............. See More

No victim no crime! Your little antics are not funny. Quit waisting time and tax payers money and go get some child rapists. You want to see some real criminals look to your authorities!
