Piss spoor service, slow, and overpriced. I would be cordial but I am not. HIS Services should even be allowed to operate, charging more than double for food. ...It's fun king piracy. I will be filing a complaint on price gouging. You should never be allowed to charge more than a company your selling product for. $6. 78 for two burger King double cheese burgers is price gouging no matter how you look at the shit. Especially since the burgers cost $1.69 at a actual burger king. See More

Do not work for HMS. This company is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. They treat their employees like robots, they'll fire you based on fraudu...lent statements, and not even look into the truth. I will never work for this company again. I was continuously scheduled 8 hour normal shifts only to be expected to stay 4+ hours later than I was even available. After multiple attempts at requesting they schedule me within the hours I was available, a fraudulent statement was then brought up against me, causing me to get fired after a less than par investigation. Yet, a fellow coworker only got transferred to a different airside after being religiously prejudiced toward me. See More

Hello Starbucks Team/ HMSHost Team,

I am a customer in a daily basis and love your beverage but today I had one of the worst experience at your store at the te...rminal 3 on O'hare international airport at Chicago.
The store there is very dirty, the employees don't know how to make the beverages and give the Starbucks taste and the most important is that there are very very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL with the customers.
I was there and I had spent more than $70,00 buying beverages and two of your logo cups. All of the employees there never paid attention of what I need and what I have asked with a vary polite way. They replay very disrespectful way like I was bother them.
I am working in a corporate level in a grocery store and I know exactly what Customer Service means.
I am totally disappointed with that store and with the level of the way your employees been trained.
If you really care about your quality and the level of the services you provide to your customers, I would be more than thankful to contact me for more details about the incident with your employees and with the experience I received today.

I work for them now over 27 years. The worse management I have seen in the last 5 years, they let go all of the good managers and brought in ones that do not their stores. I now have a target on my back to fire me, writing me up for things that other people do and get away with. For Christmas they gave us a stupid card with a candy cane taped to it! This is what they think of their employees and all the hard work we do! Ugh. HR just sticks up for bad managers rather than trying to find a solution!! I would not tell my enemies to work there and they only hire lately peeps desperate to work with NO experience......guess no experienced ones are applying cuz they are smart, lmao!! See More

just left their 3rd Bar location at Bush airport in Houston....terrible service and food for an above average cost (even for an airport). Eat the food on your flight (it will come quicker and taste a lot better)

Friday morning before a holiday weekend at O'Hare Airport in Chicago, and HMS Host provides only two employees at a Starbucks located at a very high-traffic loc...ation? The poor employees were doing the best they could to be cheerful, despite the over 50 people consistently in line. I myself waited over 20 minutes. Moreover, many food items were "out," much to the frustration of the meager crew of 2. Bad employer! Poor reflector also of the Starbucks brand. See More

Literally the most crooked, disgusting, vile place to work. My direct manager Tracey V should be terminated due to work ethics. She w...ould constantly ask her staff to do illegal things and forge documents. She would have staff change expired food labels and I am in shock a human as disgusting as her can be trusted with the job she has. Head office needs to start doing REAL investigations into their management and not so much their staff because there is a lot going on behind closed doors that they will try to pin on their staff. This place should be shut down if they are not penalizing their management team when necessary. This store directly has so much misconduct happening by management it is unethical and I will not suggest anyone to work here. See More

Very incompetent managers from head to toe at least in the aéroport I worked for ( a bunch of chaos made by managers from failure to post schedule on time, to f...ailure of doing what they said they are going to do, laziness, disorganization, zero dedication and commitment, if you ask a manager about a very necessary item that will cut food costs and keep the food fresh such a cheap pan strainer or to even make your job easier such a simple cheap item as a funnel so you can disregard used oil easily in containers and not dump it all over the floor trying to get it in the container which wastes time, effort, money to clean it.... You got to keep dreaming because the managers literally do not care even if you keep reminding them again and again about it, on top of that lots of negativity and mediocrity on a daily basis.
The problem is they influence workers to act the same which creates this big aura of negativity and disorder and guests can sense it.

And I'm not getting into the horror I have witnessed in the kitchen.

Too bad there isn't anything lower than a 1 which the Montvale Travel Plaza in NJ deserves! Staff at Auntie Anne's was rude. My daughter placed her order but th...ey were out. She made another decision but they were out of that as well. The nuggets she settled for were so saturated with oil that she had to squeeze each nugget before eating them. The cheese sauce was also cold. We then went to Burger King. She asked for the Mac N Cheetos and the cashier replied in a snippy tone that they were out. They messed up both of our orders and when I called them out on it, politely no less, the cashier grabbed my sandwich, passed it to another employee and they corrected it. Then the other employee shoved it back into my hand so hard that she jabbed the web of my hand with her nail. They did not correct my daughter's order nor apologize for their errors. See More

I've worked here for about 2 months now and I am genuinely enjoying my time working for hms host, as they run so many units within the airport there's always th...e opportunity to work in one of the other stations throughout the day which breaks it up nicely, gives you the chance to meet new colleagues, experience different types of jobs for example I primarily work behind the bar however I could cover breaks in deli, hot counter, waiting, covering floor area, variety of roles in different cafes land or airside which is a good way to work I think instead of the usual mundane continues task that a lot of places offer. I'm a current employee and I have recruited several of my own acquaintances/friends during my short time of 1 1/2 years so far. I joined with 22 years experie...nce in the food service industry with most of the later years as a bartender/ manager/ private events service provider. I also hold a bachelor's degree in HR Mgt.....with that being said, I am one of few. Good help is hard to find and training is poor. There is a need for experienced Mgt and qualified employees. I was charged for two Starbucks Latte's only ordered one. It was a crazy morning at Kansas City's airport.
I contacted them when I got to my destination and inf...ormed them of the error. Was told I would be sent a coupon for HMS to make up for it. Never came.
Contacted again was told I would be sent coupons this time, Never received anything.
They really don't care about their customers or employees.

Budweiser grill at St Louis, 6 small cold wing pieces for $12 served 35 minutes after ordered. More focused on getting beer to patrons than serving hungry trave...lers. The stale crackers served with 2pz cup of bland chili for $5 met the same standard as the wings. If you want a beer, go for it, if you want good food, eat before you get to terminal A in St Louis. Burger King #07613 store ID 4gsbkg06 Montvale travel plaza

The worst service I have EVER had. Over 15 minutes to receive my order after payment. The order was ...not correct ( onion rings instead of fries). I was never asked if I wanted any modification to the #1 meal (cheese, size). Over a dozen travelers standing waiting for their "fast" food. The food prep station was unattended at times. By no means up to the Burger King standard. See More

RIPPED OFF!! You have a thief as a waiter. We were there on Monday afternoon and bought 2 beers ($18.93) and because of the long wait for service we tipped $1.00. The waiter took it upon himself to change the tip to $5.00!!!! That is bullshit. I want my money back. Next stop Twitter

I work in an airport. I get a 15% "discount". $12 for a crappy, clearly premade, frozen burger, with packets of mustard and ketchup to put on myself seems to be... a joke. The Quiznos subs they have are just proving that they are thieves running a highway robbery scam. Same thing. Way over priced for shit food, and shit service. Airports need to have options, not a monopoly on available food. God forbid someone else comes in and offered a better product for a better price. Welcome to the free market I guess. See More

Commodore Perry Travel Plaza StoreID 40HCIN10 Traveling back to Parma OH from Detroit, we stopped in. Jul 10 '16 9:14am. Too few staff, not polite, slow, terrib...le service. No smiles, no greetings, no eagerness or motivation. That was just the employees. When I finally got my cup of coffee and Cinnabon (only because the other lines were too long), got in my car and drove away, I find that I have spent $6.39 on a 1/2 cooked roll that I threw out and coffee that was not worth a hill of beans. Even tried to go over to the store for a frappé but there were none in the cooler- there were some on a ballet in the middle of the floor (warm). No thanks. My daughter eventually stepped in front of all those ordering sandwiches at Einstein bagels, set $3 in the counter and asked to be handed a coffee cup. Poor service and won't stop there again.
