Saturday Crafternoon is your chance to bring a half-done project (or a new one) and make some decent progress.

Examples of projects we've seen so far: electronics breadboarding, knitting and crochet, website development, 3D modelling, game console mods, 3D printing parts for a satellite rotator, laser cutter upgrades, etc. More or less anything goes. Surprise us

We'll open up at 12pm, and will stay open till around 5pm - later if possible.

...

See you there!

Michael came up with a great idea: To design and make PCBs for a simple flashing circuit in order to teach people how to solder. So, these are basis of an upcoming soldering workshop, and will also made available for sale as kits. Dates for these things to be announced. So, if you're interested in learning soldering, stay tuned! (And perhaps leave a comment below so we can gauge interest)

First test print on the CTC 3D printer. It's a clone of the makerbot replicator and seems to work well! We're setting it up to run octoprint, letting us send print jobs from our laptops and tablets.
