The ads are ridiculous. If you can get past them, you get as many opinion pieces as news articles. (Oddly enough, the opinions usually lean the same way. Equal space is not given to opposing views.)... If you have "News" in your title, that should be what you post. Have another page for your opinion pieces. Occasional news/current events about Holland are the only reason it's not a completely useless page. See More

If you click on an article be prepared to be bombarded with subscription options to the point you don't even want to read the article anymore. We get it you want more subscibers. However, your approac...h is doing more harm than good. You are literally spamming your own posts. See More

They will not stop throwing trash in my yard. I've asked them three times to stop throwing flashes in my grass and every time they say they have taken me off their list, and every time a couple of wee...ks later they start again. Don't Litter. It's not that hard of a concept. See More

Holland Sentinel is extremely biased in what they post. As a media source you should stay neutral instead of leaning towards a certain political stance. Oh and most of your followers are extremely one... sided who bully, attack and insult anyone who doesn’t agree with their viewpoints. Therefore, I will no longer follow Holland Sentinel. See More

I like the local news but when it comes to delivery on the north side they are a backwater hicktown newspaper. 3 of my last 4 Suday papers are laying in the water in the bottom of the drain ditch by t...he road. I call most Sundays to complain but it does no good. I have a perfectly good Sentinel box on my mailbox pole but the driver is to lazy to stop and put the paper in the box. I am a 35 year subscriber and if delivery does not improve by October i will not be renewing then. See More

The Social Justice Sentinel has lost it's way and should be replaced with a local paper that better reflects the community and it's values.

I cannot attest to the physical copy of the Sentinel because I live in Grand Rapids, so this review is only based on the Facebook and website versions. This will be a short review.

I can't get past m...ore than three sentences of an article because I am always redirected to a click-bait page and cannot easily return to the article. If I do re-open the page, I am again redirected. I would expect things like this to happen with a website from a less established and expectedly professional business. See More

I subscribe to the holland sentinel and here is the problem, I never get my Sunday paper. I call and tell them and they say they will get one to me and they still do not bring my paper. It is very d...isappointing to say the last! Frustrating is more like it. The paper I actually want each week and I don't get it. I will not renew my subscription since if I want the Sunday paper with a subscription I still have to go buy it. See More

We were so sorry when the Sentinel discontinued morning delivery to our area. The only way we can get the daily paper is with the mail delivery which does not come until three. My husband loved his ea...rly morning fix of the sudoko and crossword. Now we only get the Sun paper(: See More
