I have rented many offices in various buildings but 6464 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood is by far the best office tower in the Hollywood area. One could not ask better services then from the Paramount Contr...actors Management Company. From their dedication to keeping the building in tip top shape to their attention to all their renters needs is second to none. You get the most professional service with a friendly family atmosphere. From parking to security to the technological and construction support is all top notch. I could not recommend a better place to have a business. The Folb's are the best landlords one could ever ask for. Thank you so much for so many years of great service and friendship. See More

Working in TV production means that I'm never in the same office for more than a few months. I've gotten very used to the process of moving into a new space and then moving out again once the producti...on ends. This can be an extremely tedious and challenging process when the building management is slow, unresponsive, or difficult to work with.

We've only been with Hollywood Offices for 3 weeks but so far I have been completely satisfied with the quality of service they have provided. They're timely, responsive, and courteous. My life would be so much easier if every office management company were as efficient and helpful as Hollywood Offices See More

From the music in the elevator to the historical photos of Hollywood throughout the building, the first impression one gets of 6464 Sunset Boulevard is that a lot of thought and care has gone into the... management of this building. As a tenant, you realize that the attitude extends to every aspect of the being here. Due to the management of the building by Paramount Contractors and Developers, the building is in tip top shape, modernized, but keeping the buildings original late 60s early 70s character. The owners/managers are family, and the feeling of family extends to the tenants. They care about not just the physical plant, but the people in the building and about Hollywood. Therefore the energy in the building is great. You meet interesting people here all the time, and even when you aren’t making new connections with new people you know that you are in the heart of Hollywood, and working in a buzzing, lively, very cool office building. I wouldn’t want my office anywhere else. See More

We have been renting an office at 6464 Sunset for a year an a half now and it was a great decision. The office is close to the freeway, which makes the commute easy, and the area offers a vast amount ...of lunch options.

Everybody who works for Hollywood Offices is helpful and warm, from the security and maintenance team all the way up to the leasing manager and owner. Emails are being replied to promptly and they even have a smile on the face when you ask them for the third time this month to adjust your air conditioner.

Did I mention you get discounted prices at many restaurants and bars in the area? And free coffee and pastries in the lobby at special occasions? The annual ice cream mixer? Invites to community events?

Lots of reasons to check out the buildings and become a tenant here! See More

We wouldn't want to be tenants in any other place. Hollywood Offices has been great to us, from fixing all our little issues within minutes to even rewarding tenants with discounts to local restaurant...s, hosting tenant appreciation days, and happy hours, who else does that? No one! We have been tenants since 2008 and would not change a thing! We are so happy to be here! Special thanks to Aaron for always being a great source of help to us for last minute marketing events! Everyone at Hollywood Office deserve more then 5 stars!!! See More

This is the most professional and attentive business office service in LA. 14yrs of servicing my companies and I keep coming back. PCD creates a great balance between a corporate high profile business... environment and home spun personal community. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
