We have had our boat there for 20 years, absoulutly no complaints. We do miss the Voetberg kids and their fiddles.

We've been moored here a bit over a year. Absolutely great management, responsive as all get out. Nice clean facility.

Safe, protected, friendly.

Nothing starts the boating season off better than a beautiful new BBQ in the picnic area at the marina. The propane is always on us, so come down and enjoy the great view from the docks.

Brinnon, Washington: The 'Heart of the Hood' added 3 new photos.

The Sheriff is coming to town, December 7th.

With all the recent law enforcement activities in Brinnon lately, we have scheduled a meeting with the Jefferson Co...unty Sheriff, Dave Stanko at the Brinnon Community Center on Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:30 PM.

Attached is the agenda and a list of sample questions you may want to ask, along with a flyer that can be posted in your local neighborhood.

The Sheriff is looking for feedback from the Brinnon Community on the kind of law enforcement concerns we have and how his Department might better serve our rural area. This is your chance to ask those questions you always wanted to ask our Jefferson County Sheriff.

Many thanks to our Harbormaster John Dowd who is retiring from marina management. Jade Michaels has taken over for John although John will continue to help out on a limited basis.

Jade is a highly talented professional who brings a wealth of experience to the role and we are thrilled he has agreed to take over as Harbormaster. Jade had been a live aboard tenant at Home Port for several years and is looking forward to helping us improve the facility.

Sometimes we have to cut a tree that is a danger, but at least we do it with style!

Our tenants were pulling in huge crabs this weekend. Take advantage of our outdoor fish cleaning station, propane crab cooker and lowest priced moorage in Puget Sound. Home Port Marina is the best marina around!

We have been catching mountains of crab! With crabbing season extended till the end of February on the Hood Canal and shrimping season just around the corner, now is the time to get a boat slip at the marina with the lowest moorage rates in all of Puget Sound. Home Port Marina is an amazing location for fishing and pleasure boats.

We felt the boaters lounge needing a makeover so we repainted and replaced the carpeting. With the new look and great view of the marina this is really a nice place for our clients to relax.

It's not glamorous but taking care of the basics is very important. We are upgrading all the restrooms with new modern fixtures and of course we started with the ladies room!

The gangway was a bit worn so we ripped out the sub-floor and upgraded and strengthened it. We also added some new custom oak stair treads to trick it out. Wait till you see what we do next week!

Did you know that the Home Port Marina has the lowest cost moorage in the entire Puget Sound? We offer slips from 20' to 65' for only $5 per foot per month. Contact us at 360.385.6368 for availability.

Mason County PUD informed us that there will be an interruption of electrical service beginning tonight at 11:30pm to allow them to do maintenance on the Duckabush substation. Power will be on again by Friday morning at 8am however based on previous experience we believe it will be quicker than that. The marina gates will be operating on battery backup so you will be able to access the facility.
