So I stayed back in September for Dragoncon weekend. Had a horrible experience with the bellman being rough with our luggage and stuff falling off our cart as they took it to our room. They would not ...let us have the luggage cart so that we could keep an eye on it till it got To our room. To make matters worse their bellmen lost a bag of mine that contained $700 worth of professional makeup and toiletries. I went through the process of filing a report on the last day of con. They told me it could take 10 weeks for an investigation, but in the mean time I should contact Dragoncon Lost and Found to see if they had my bag. They didn't so I contacted the Hyatt on October 30, 2017 to which I was told their Security Supervisor would be in touch. I never received a call back. I tried contacting them again on November 27, 2017 to which again I was told a Supervisor would call me back. I finally got a call back. The Supervisor assured me he would talk to upper management and would get back to me the next day. On November 28, 2017 we spoke on the phone twice. Management decided because I don't have 6 years worth if records showing what was in my bag, and there was no proof the bag was lost by their hotel staff they will not do anything for me. The Supervisor has been the only person who has been sincere about the whole thing while everyone else has been rude. I'm gonna try and contact the next person in charge or contact corporate. May even start talking to a lawyer. This was not an isolated incident either. I've read several other Dragoncon attendees had similar issues over the weekend.

Saying that I'm upset doesn't describe my feelings. Im almost 5 months pregnant and this has been nothing but stressful for me. I feel like I've been given the run around from the start. At this point I don't recommend staying here. If they lose your luggage you're just out of luck.

Just stayed there for a conference. The room was dirty. Something sticky on the TV stand and side table. The back of the toilet was dirty as well. The carpets in some of the conference rooms had big s...tains. Last, the food was not great. The night of our awards dinner the food was cold. My co-worker asked for tea and repeatedly asked for sweetener that never came. The best experience was their bar in the lobby has awesome nachos. Seriously, the nachos were delicious and the beer was super cold. See More

I am here now for the last night of a 4 night stay. The first two days no shampoo or conditioner was left in the room. One staff member that was supposed to be putting info cards in the rooms caught u...s at the elevator and asked us to put one in our room. We ordered room service and they delivered it without utensils. We called back 10 minutes after it was delivered and were told room service was already closed but we could go down to the lobby and get utensils at the lobby market. Could go on but I think you get the point. Terrible customer service. As for the room, it was ok. They do have mini fridges in the rooms but the rooms are very small. See More

I just stayed there over the weekend for my birthday weekend as a surprise from my boyfriend, they were insanely business, it was elegant and all but I found blood on the bed sheets tucked under the b...ed and it took almost 2 hours getting my car from valet. The attendants seemed to not know where my car was. The manager asked me what color is my car, tag number and etc, this was so frustrating especially when everyone else who checked out after me got their car before me. It would have been cheaper and less of a headache to park down the street at a parking garage. I would definitely stay there again I would just do some things a little different next time. See More

Hi this was my first time staying at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta I’m from Florida an when I seen it on line I thought wow but when you get in side the rooms they are very small. And the bathroom can onl...y fit one person. The staff was very nice an the room was very clean. The parking is $40 s night that’s kinda steep for them to have their guests paying the hard rock don’t even ask that there valet is only $20 other then that the stay was nice for it to be my first time staying at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta See More

If you’re in ATL, this is the place to stay! I had an awesome time last weekend. The architecture of the building is gorgeous and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Only thing that happened was that... the fridge gave me a little bit of a struggle, but the Electrician (I believe his name was Demetrius), took really good care of me. He was incredibly professional, with a great sense of humor! That boy deserves a promotion. Will definitely be staying here for my next trip!!!

BTW...There is a shopping center attached to the hotel at the ground level. Super convenient. �

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, but room service is served in doggie bags and breakfast for two will run you 70+ dollars, 80+ with tip. For that price I expected better food and presentation. The foo...d was in paper to-go containers and drinks were brought in bottles, no cups, no ice. The motor lobby is so inefficient, expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your car. All in all, it was a good experience, just lacking in a few areas. See More

Adequate but certainly not ideal. Very limited in restaurant and food service options. Ordered breakfast from room service and received approximately 6 oz of instant grits in a cardboard cup with 2 st...rips of salty bacon in a paper bag. $20. Room was ok other than the giant roach , but noisy even on 20th floor. Business conference otherwise this would not be my choice. See More

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. But my problem was when we arrived and I tried to pay cash. We were told that we had to pay $200 extra dollars if we paid cash. I had no problem with that but they shou...ld inform people about this before they come. I did get my money back before I left but what if I didn’t bring any extra cash. I would have made a wasted trip. See More

The customer service at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is superior. I arrived in Atlanta late last night to attend a conference. After my Airbnb host failed to show up for my reservation (after midnight), ...I walked to the closest hotel. I feel very lucky that I "stumbled" into the Hyatt Regency with Regina at the front desk. Even in the middle of the night with a fully booked hotel, she was able to find me a room to sleep for the night. I am so appreciative of her reassurance and effort to make me comfortable while I was overwhelmed. See More

The Hotel is beautiful and located near everything downtown, I really enjoyed the meal at Sway, the service was wonderful!
My check in on the other hand took 30 minutes....
For a queen room sold to me... as a king in the Radius Tower.
The bad part is that I pre-paid in full!!!!
I also had the misfortune of ordering breakfast that was never received, I realized I wasn't going to receive it when I opened my door to my order form still hanging from my door knob.

After checking in our room the radio we had was defected. It did not work at all, called down and they sent up housekeeping and they came tontryband fix it, but didnt work. They brought up about 4 rad...ios and finally worked. The bathroom door didnt lock, the Tve went outvand never cane back on, and I could go on, but u get the point.... See More

45 minutes standing in line to check-in. Sticky something on the sidestand with hair matted in it. Sticky something all over the phone reciever in the room. Long black hairs all over the bathroom. The hotel was really nice. The checkout time is at noon. We had someone from the staff stand outside our door coughing loudly at 7am to wake us up and then knocked on our door shortly after to ask us ...what time we’re checking out so they could clean our room. We had planned on sleeping in. See More

Terrible. From no valet parking. To waiting 30 minutes in 30 degree weather to pay $50 to self park and then to be told that I’m not allowed up in the lounge to watch the ball drop even though I calle...d twice to make sure it was ok. My co-worker and I stayed here earlier this week for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We loved that so many food choices were just a short covered walk away. The hotel restaurant was also amazing.... We needed a new battery in our remote the first night, and Aaron in engineering provided amazing service and was a pleasure to interact with. See More

The hotel is beautiful.. the staff was courteous... the food and drinks at the bar were delicious.. the bed was very comfortable... and the balcony view from my room of downtown Atlanta was amazing......will definitely stay there again!!!! See More

I stayed here last summer for a business trip. The TV didn't work in my room, not the biggest deal, but I like to wind down and watch TV before I go to bed. I called and asked for it to be fixed or to... be moved to another room... they were sold out so that didn't happen and they never sent someone up to fix the TV.

I am back in town for another business trip. I decided to stay here again because the location is fantastic. I booked my room back in August... when I got to the hotel today to check-in, the guest service representative told me that all the rooms were full and/or dirty due to them being sold out the night before. This was at 4:47pm. Check-in is at 3pm. I have been traveling since 2am and went straight to the convention when my plane landed at 8:30am. All I wanted to do was to shower and rest. Who is the manager who obviously can't staff enough people to clean rooms? It's really not that hard. Schedule more people when you know you have a busy week.

The balcony door was unlocked when I got to my room... makes you wonder if they even did anything. I waited 45 minutes for my room. I haven't received a phone call from the manager or anything.

Not impressed.



Overall, I'm not happy.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and loved it! Great location, clean, walking distance to most things and kid friendly. Additionally, Demetrius & Aaron were sent to our room when we had a small i...ssue with the tv and they were in and out and exceptionally friendly and helpful! The staff here is excellent! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, however plan to check in early! We had pre-paid for a king size room, when we arrived about 11 PM they had given away our king size room and there was no parking i...n the garage! We had to go about a block away and pay for public parking and had to wait for a room to be cleaned so we could get the room we had booked. They did give us a $50 credit to be used in the hotel, which we used for breakfast the next morning. I will say the breakfast was fantastic and we would definitely come back again, but next time we will check in early!! See More
