We love reading this list each year - great to see so many chefs/restaurants we have worked with at conference sites. Next up on our radar - Ashley Christensen, Poole’s Diner, Raleigh, NC an Outstanding Chef finalist.
"And then there is always the oldest trick in the book—bribe them. Jennifer Mac Kay, executive director at New York-based International Foodservice Editorial Council, says raffles and contests for those who do the most posting are dependable ways to increase mentions exponentially, for the price of a hotel drink ticket."
Some IFEC members love winning drink tickets....
Second one on the list is Chef Amber Lancaster of Sable Kitchen & Bar - and the chef behind the 2018 IFEC Bubble Party. Sign up as a sponsor today at www.ifeconline.com.

Congratulations to 2016 IFEC Student Scholarship winner, Allison Lyon on her graduation! Allison was featured in the IFEC Scholarship auction video and was referred to the scholarship from her former professor, Tiffany Poe, who was also an IFEC scholarship recipient. Good luck to Chef Allison!
