C’est avec une peine immense que nous vous informons du décès de Paul Bocuse. Notre « capitaine » s’est éteint ce 2...0 janvier, à l’aube de ses 92 ans.

Bien plus qu’un père et un époux, c’est un homme de cœur, un père spirituel, une figure emblématique de la gastronomie mondiale, et un porte-drapeau tricolore qui s’en est allé.

Monsieur Paul aimait la vie, le partage, la transmission, et son équipage. Ces mêmes valeurs continueront de nous inspirer pour toujours.

Death of Paul Bocuse Saturday 20 January 2018. It is with great sorrow that we inform you of the death of Paul Bocuse. Our "Captain" died on January 20th, at the dawn of his 92th birthday. Much more than a father and a husband, he is a man of heart, a spiritual father, an emblematic figure of world gastronomy, and a tricolore porte. Mr. Paul loved life, sharing, transmission, and his crew. These same values will continue to inspire us forever. Mrs Raymonde Bocuse, Mrs Françoise Bocuse-Bernachon, Mr Jérôme Bocuse.
