The IWL team had a fantastic time today delivering two sessions of the workshop, "Inclusion: Moving the Needle on Gender Equity," for Shafer Leadership Academy in Muncie!

Facilitated by IWL CEO Kimberly Graham Lee, these interactive sessions covered topics including the business case for women in leadership, how to deal with sexual harassment in the workplace, and becoming aware of our unconscious biases.
