- On medium heat, melt 1 cup chocolate chips in ¼ cup International Delight Chocolate Mint, stirring regularly.
- Add ¼ cup mini-marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from the heat.
- Add 100g of cream cheese and whip with electric mixer until smooth, then chill for at least an hour....
- Before serving, whip again until light and fluffy and sprinkle with candy cane pieces.
