The Student Trustee is elected annually and serves as the student voice in an advisory capacity on the College’s Board of Trustees. He/she serves on the Student Senate and may serve on Board committees. The Student Trustee receives a tuition waiver of up to 15 credit hours each semester that he/she is in office.

Variety of music genres performed by the John A. Logan College Community Band and John A. Logan College Community Orchestra. Free admission. Seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.
At our 42nd annual pre-holiday craft show, over 120 exhibitors will showcase original, handcrafted arts, crafts, gifts, decor, and specialty foods. Admission and parking are free.

Bring family and friends to enjoy this concert performed by the John A. Logan College Community Band directed by Bob Swearingen. A variety of music will be performed from jazz (Duke Ellington & Sonny Rollins) to classic rock (Chicago & Queen) to Hollywood (George Gershwin & John Williams).
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The American Red Cross has a severe winter blood shortage and is issuing an emergency call for blood and platelet donors to give now and help save patient lives.
o Right now, blood and platelet donations are being distributed to hospitals faster than they are coming in.
o Blood and platelet donations are critically needed in the coming days so that patients can continue to receive the lifesaving treatments they need.
o Blood and platelets are needed for accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those receiving treatment for leukemia, cancer or sickle cell disease.
