I always loved the idea of a Victorian era War of the Worlds. No need to modernise the story. This could be amazing!

How does the sun look from other planets?

A bit extreme perhaps but it beats a box of chocolates.

Many thanks to everyone who voted on their favourite book description. It was a close tun race, but description B won by 7 votes. Lots of people said they preferred the final paragraph in description C, however, so I did a little editing.
A and C were also popular, which tells me different descriptions appeal to different readers. No surprise there. So I'll be swapping the descriptions every few weeks.
