After hours of researching the details and availability of my dream RX 350, Dario is by far the best associate I have ever dealt with. No other dealership sales manager has ever gone through the leng...ths he has to assist me both during the sale as well as prior to my arrival to the dealership. At first I was hesitant due to the distance Margate is to my home, but after a far from ideal experience at a local Lexus dealership, the 40 minute drive was worth it. Dario kept in contact with me, answered all of my questions, and was more than ready to welcome me upon my arrival. I could not have asked for a better nor a more time efficient experience. Despite everyone being busy with the holidays, all the staff were more than helpful and courteous. have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone looking for a Lexus. See More

I’ve been part of the Lexus family for 3 years now, having made my first purchase from a Boston area dealership, with whom I would never do business again. So when it came time to look for a new car, ...I chose JM Lexus as my dealer of choice, having recently moved to the Ft. Lauderdale area. The show rooms are beautiful, but the best part about this place isn’t the aesthetics, it’s the friendly, welcoming team; from Service to Sales. I’m a very picky person. I know what I like, and I settle for nothing less. I was gifted sales manager Rachel Rosenthal, who sourced the IS F Sport I wanted, when there were only just a few left in the state, and she secured it for me. This gem not only was incredible with which to work, but she knows her stuff about cars, able to answer, with explanation, every single question I had; and I ask lots of questions. She walked me through the whole process from start to finish, as my single point of contact, and secured me with an amazing deal that had me driving off their lot with a huge smile on my face. She’s friendly, funny, extremely professional, and made the whole buying experience a pleasurable one. We crunched numbers and got me a great deal that I still don’t believe we managed. That Boston dealership left me feeling taken advantage of, but not Rachel and not JM Lexus. I’ve only had my car 2-1/2 months, but I already can’t wait to go back and get my next car... Sadly it’ll have to wait a few years :) So if you’re thinking about a Lexus for the first time or the 10th time, I highly recommend JM Lexus, and Rachel for your next buying adventure. See More

I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted to buy: a Lexus RX350, white with beige interior and fully loaded. I had been to a couple of South Florida Lexus dealerships, but they were not able to find one fo...r me. So I called JM Lexus and was surprised when Sales Associate, Dan Phillips, told me that they were expecting one to be delivered to their dealership in a few days. From the moment Dan answered the phone to the end of our conversation, I felt that I was in very good hands. Dan was very professional, polite, low-key, very accommodating and offered to hold the car for me once it arrived. I had never been to JM Lexus, but when I went there to meet Dan and take a test drive, I was immediately impressed by the elegance of the showroom and the courtesy of all the staff. Dan did an excellent job in pointing out the features and benefits of the vehicle and after the test drive, I knew that was the car for me. When I returned to the dealership to finalize the deal, Dan wasn't available so a fellow sales associate, Michael Robbins took over. It was very reassuring to see that Michael displayed the same level of professionalism and customer service. He answered all my questions and spent plenty of time with me going over again all of the technical aspects of the car. It was a pleasure having him close the deal for me. It's great knowing that I now have two excellent sales associates to contact if I ever need them. JM Lexus certainly lives up to all the hype you see on their TV ads! See More

Today I attempted to finalize a lease but left with less than desirable service, annoyed and disappointed. This facility claims to be “The #1 Volume Lexus Dealer since 1992” but definitely not “The P...ursuit of Perfection” in customer experience excellence.

There was not one person to greet me whatsoever at the entrance so I went to the coffee counter requesting assistance. I couldn’t even obtain a salesman or manger to proceed with the transaction. I was advised that no one could assist me with my purchase request or provided a timeframe as to how long I would wait even though it was 3 hours before they closed. I was essentially advised a sale could not occur today and a manager never even approached me or offered an apology.

I left completely disappointed, annoyed and I will not be returning. I wasted my gas, added unnecessary mileage on my car driving from my home in Palm Beach, as well as, time returning to this facility.

In addition, I would strongly suggest that anyone considering purchasing or working at this facility should consider another dealership that not only staffs appropriately but strives in the customer being their top priority for existing or potential customers because clearly JM Lexus fails miserably in both categories.

From the minute I met Eric through a couple of days of working to get it right he was so kind and professional. Both are very important to me. I was a bit nervous making this decision but he was so pa...tient and knowledgeable that I gradually got more confident in making the right choice. I am now the happy and proud owner of a beautiful IS 250. After the sale was complete Eric took the time to thoroughly go over many of the cars technical attributes which made it so much easier, I highly recommend both JM Lexus and definitely Eric Rodgers. JM Lexus damaged my vehicle during service. I brought my car in for the Takata airbag recall. When I received my car I see that they ripped the leather in TWO places! I immediately reported it. Th...e service consultant brought their Customer Relations Manager, Jaime Edery, who documented the damage with pictures and said that she needed to get the prices from parts and would call me when the parts are ready. They left me hanging for several weeks and now they are saying they are not going to repair my car and that "JM Lexus is not responsible for these items." I would not recommend this dealership!! This is the worst car dealership my family unfortunately had dealt with in the 6 cars that we have owned. They’re nothing but a bunch of liars and scammers. Consistently adding on packages that were a...sked to be removed and insisting on selling our previously owned vehicle for a down payment just for them to NOT find a loan and take the car and down payment back. Should’ve known considering these crooks look like they should be on an episode of American greed. Wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy. At the end of the day they can keep their shitty little Lexus because we don’t want or need it. See More

Leased 3 cars before this one from JM Lexus so you can say I was already a satisfied customer. But this was the first car I was going to lease one my own since my husband recently passed on so as you ...can imagine I was not really myself and I admit a little nervous My sales person was Mel Malka who was so knowledgeable and friendly. He also took my special situation into account and got me through the process in a very efficient manner. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, loved the no bargaining about the price and having one person take you through the entire process was outstanding. My wife and I were heading to LaBamba in Margate for dinner last Thursday.

We arrived early...........old Corporate Pilot habits are hard to break.........

Since we were WAY early, my wife suggested we drive thru JM Lexus, right across the street. Just looking, mind you, just looking.

(Alert readers will guess what happens next.............)

My wife spotted a used 2014 RX350, and we ended up working a deal with Mr. Michael Robbins and drove the 350 home.

My wife loved the "one price-no negotiation" policy, and despite the fact that I LOVE to negotiate, we were both very pleased with Mike and the deal.

We highly recommend JM Lexus and Michael Robbins.

Oh..........yes.............dinner was great! :)

We were in the market for a new car, and were doing our home works on test driving different cars from different car makers. Lexus was not on top of our list because we just didn't think they offer t...he type of SUV that we are looking for.

But since we were in the area, we thought we'd just drop by and take a peek. Since we loved our 4Runner, we would like to get another SUV similar to 4Runner. Lexus makes nice cars and SUVs, and the model that came close to what we are looking for is the NX. Sure it's more expensive (and very nice) than the other cars what we are comparing to, and we can afford it, but we just felt that for the cargo space and with all the safety features we wanted, the other brands fits more to our needs.

I like the dealership. The place looked very nice. The staff seemed very friendly. I just felt a little weird because they made us "check-in" at the front desk so they'd "assign" a sales person to help us. Our assigned sales person was very nice and helpful. Maybe trying a bit too hard to "knock-down" the other car brands as we told him we were also considering other cars. But hey, he's is trying to make a sell so I don't blame him for trying. I know about the cars we are considering so it doesn't take long for me to realize that NX, even it looks and feels nice, is probably not a good fit for what we are looking for.

What I don't like, and this is the same practice that's going on in other dealerships, is before we left, they sent "the closer" in to tried to talk us in to buy a car that day. I already expressed our intention from the very beginning that we are only doing test-driving and is not ready to buy a car that day. And yet, they still send in the closer. To me its a bit turn-off. But again, they are just trying to make a sale so I understand, but it doesn't mean I am going to like it.

Horrible customer service from the manager himself - i felt very belittled by him. I had a scheduled appointment and the appointment was to schedule another appointment for the actual service needed: ...the service tech couldn’t hear the very obvious noise my car was making - he did go the extra mile to show my another car that was similar to mine (different year) only to prove the noise my car was making was foreign. Still wasn’t enough got him to take my car right then and there... I will be taking my car to a more customer friendly Lexus car shop.... I read reviews on poor management but chose to decide for myself.... should have listened! See More

I stopped in the other day because the lease on my CT200h was coming to an end. I met with Omar Hashmi, told him what I was looking for and seconds later he found me the perfect IS200t. I just leased my third Lexus from JM Lexus. I was extremely lucky to have MICHAEL THOMAS as my salesperson this time. Michael is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. He answered ...all my questions and then wandered the car lot in the heat with me while I took much longer than I should have, trying to decide which color exterior/interior I wanted, Michael even came to my house to set my garage door opener. Just bought my first car yesterday and to sum my experience. It was GREAT! A big special thank you to Kenny Telusnord the sale manager assist me throught my whole experience. I was referred to Kenny t...hrough a friend of a coworker. From the moment we met, Kenny was top notch professional. Fully transparent, humble, knowledgeable and a caring person. Never felt pressured to do anything, always cared about what's best for me. What made my purchase even better was it was on his birthday! It's like I made a new best friend, just enjoying the moment. I took my 09 IS 250 for a dash and door panels inspection yesterday and Jim Bramble, assistant service manager, was so amazing. He also asked me to have the front passenger airbag and fuel pressor sen...sor recalls done. He listened and took care of me like I was buying their new LS500h. I'm still waiting for the corporate's approval on the replacement. However, it definitely worth a ride down there from West Palm Beach. Definitely recommend JM Lexus to everybody. See More
