30 Year video

In 2010 during our JMM75 35th Reunion at Electronic Theater Controls (thank you again Fred Foster), Tony Hartmann presented results of his [unscientific] survey asking for a few memories during our first four years together.

One of the questions: On whom was your biggest crush?

Turns out even many of the women had replied, “Cindy Underkoffler!”

Cindy was there and stood from her scooter to wave, smile widely…and giggle.

Though surrounded by her beloved posse that night, many of us snuck in for a conversation with Cindy who exemplified a venerable appreciation for life, especially as a delighted mom, and we knew this was absolutely her everyday, not just reunion talk.

When asked about how to tell our JMM75 community about Cindy’s death, Bestie Sara Bangsberg Raash said make sure to “let the world know how fiercely she loved - and how fiercely we loved her.”

We do know. And will greatly miss our class Sweetheart.
