Dear All, just want to make aware every one of the cheap, fraudster & cheat management of J P Hotel & Resort (NH 24 | 6B Patparganj, IP Extension, behind CNG Petrol Pump, New Delhi 110092, India) whic...h spoiled new year eve of all the guests who came to celebrate the occasion along with kids, parents and families after paying advance dues and party tickets from their hard-earned money and made people to drink expired alcoholic beverages and water and harassed their dignity and faith and violated rights of common man.

We paid Rs 8750 for 5 Adults in advance via receipt number #4735 via out credit cards -which included access to the premium basement ball room with buffet, drinks, DJ and some dance events promised by management.

We reached around 8:30 PM and found that the entire hall room in fully occupied and there was no provision to be seated, surprisingly at that time when only 20 -30 % guests have checked in. Soon the hall started getting crowded & Chaotic people started pleading to get seats for at least for old peoples, infants & kids, but all requests felt on the deaf ears of the Hotel management. Soon the situation aroused where people started snatching each other seats. A woman near me who wanted to breast feed her baby was lingering here and there to get a place to sit and attend here child.

We and other guests keep on requesting the management to do some arrangements, but they ignored and told us that once DJ will shoot up all guests will move down to the dance floor and we can sit in succession.

To add bitterness DJ itself got technical issues and was not able to kick-start, once started guests realized that the dance floor was too small for so many guests trying to get hold of even couple of inches of floor & breathing space to move their hand and feet around, dance floor was miniature in proportion of the crowd invited and it started causing pushing and pulling and guests were falling on each other, especially women.

Few minutes later when we moved aside of the nuisance which was increasing with every passing moment and tried to get hold of some food from a small metallic snack counter placed at the corner of the hall & found that the snack counter in almost vacant with no plates, tissues, disposable available and people were forcibly picking the food with bare hands which was very unhygienic. We keep on requesting the Lady manager on duty – but she said nothing much can be done. There were very limited staff and servers for drinks, juices, water and snacks which were also helpless.

Getting nothing to eat & no place to sit we checked-in at bear counter and surprisingly the bear bootless were expired, Budweiser was expired for more than a year and kingfisher for around Six months. People were drinking expired beverages which challenged the patience level of crows and created complete chaos & turmoil.
Soon I called 100 and intimated Delhi police who thankfully reached in large number and I got a confirmation call from 8920401417 (Delhi Police). Police staff including SHO, Inspector Vikram Jeet Singh ,SI Anand ( Cell No ::836868 3459 Who is IO for the case ) Police Constables and even the designated ACP officer reached the hotel and seized the expired beer, water and beverages in large quantities, we all requested for refund which was not given.

We all lodged a police complaint and submitted our contact details, as witnesses & have full trust on Delhi Police, will keep connecting the dots and submitting the evidences in form of the photographs, complaints, call records etc.

Requesting Delhi Police to act on this matter as we all are bluffed and cheated. Today on 1st January 2018 we just visited the Mandawali Police station to get the FIR copy & have been told to come again and meet SI -Anand. Will do again today.


Seeks your help here ,we believe the hotel owner should be behind bars for troubling the people like this.

Hope you are doing well !

This mail is regarding the feedback of your promotion strategy, which you adopted in last weekend i.e. 15th & 16th August 2015.

I am Shubham Agarwal from Shahdara in East Delhi. On 15th of August, we went to the Agarwal Fun City Mall located in Vishwas Nagar, opposite ICAI Bhawan Shahdara. As we entered into the mall, a guy came & told me that there is a lucky draw is going on & asking my personal details. I provided him the personal details along with my contact no.

Next day, on 16th August, a lady, Ms. Saira called me up & told me that you are the lucky winner of our contest. You have won the free Holiday gift voucher worth Rs. 25,000 + 1 VLCC coupon worth Rs. 15,000 valid for 1 Year.

She invited me to come with family & collect my gifts from J P Hotel located in Parparganj Area. She asked me to spent 45 minutes in the hotel for some marketing presentation. I denied the invitation because my 1 year daughter was not well.

Then, the manager, Mr. Prem called & convinced me to come at 4 PM on same day. I accepted the invitation & received an entry code.

I went to the J.P. Hotel with my wife & 1 year old daughter, who was not well. As I entered into the hotel, I faced the so casual behaviour of staff (from security guard to the person, who attended us). I never faced such kind of behaviour even in restaurants.

Security guard: No welcome (salutation, Good afternoon/ evening), did not assist for parking & guiding us.

Person who attended: No professionalism, no hospitality behaviour. He made us sit in restaurant & gave me the form to fill after that he left. He came after 15 minutes & collected my form & handed over a Holiday Gift Voucher (Yellow leaflet) which is valid for only 3 months (instead of 1 year). I asked him about the VLCC coupon. He told me that it will be sent through e-mail within 24 hours. I received nothing even after 48 hours of my visit.

The worst part is the hospitality. They did not even ask for the drinking water to the person, who is coming from 15 KMs away on your invitation.

This was so much disgusting & pathetic experience for me & my family. After this visit, we have decided that we shall not be availing any kind of services from J.P. hotels in future.

literally, this is very cheap level of marketing & promotion strategy of your brand. If your hospitality this, what kind of services, you will be providing to your customers.

You can ignore my mail, if you believe that this kind of promotion & marketing is working for your brand.

Big time cheaters!
My membership number is: DEL03151028
On 17th March 2015, two of their executives, Sudhir and Sadiq approached us to take the membership. The deal seemed lucrative. But what we actua...lly got is nowhere near to what they offered us. They made lots of false statements like we will be given 6 days/5 nights free stay p.a. for next 5 years but in reality when we checked the document after signing it, it was 4 days/3 nights only. They promised that the amount I was paying included everything and I will have to pay nothing. Later on I came to know that we would have to pay Rs. 3000 per annum apart from that Rs. 50,000 which had already been paid. They had also promised that the amount will be deducted in 24 EMI's but later on my bank informed me that I would have to pay the amount in one go. We were told that our birthdays will be celebrated by the Hotel free of cost. But I didn't get a call from their side on my birthday, which means one more false commitment. When we asked them to cancel the agreement, they told us that only 50% amount will be refunded. Also they have no answer to my queries and false commitments their executives had made.
This is not at all expected from such a big name like JP group. Please stop making fool of people.

Love..... that is the other name we give to the date 7 Nov...It's our wedding anniversary date. So on our 16th wedding anniversary we went for four course meal lunch at JP Hotel and Resorts, I P Ext. ...The taste was like never before.. hospitality very very warm.....ambience great...Total experience was so love filled that it suited the day fully. AWESOME.
Looking for another reason to go there soon.
