I started all older dvds about 6 months ago as a friend of mine suggested jackie and mark wren . Well I must say that I think there amazing! I have had a personal trainer before but I have never had ...a great results doing fit in 15 power of three. Body buff and intense workout. Iv lost the weight I needed and really toned up!. Just exactly what I needed. And they make it so enjoyable and encouraging...

I have all Jackie & Marks DVD’s spanning over a decade, they are still as pertinent now as they were in the year of their release, testament to the fact these two were well ahead of the time! I LOVE e...very workout on every DVD, save yourself pricey gym membership or personal trainers, just pop a dvd into your machine and workout at home, still fresh and relevant in 2018! When I go to the palace for my MBE investiture in March 2018, I know I will feel slinky and toned thanks to these guys x See More

I love the new Davina fit in 15! I thought it would be too easy, I love the super body workouts, but man this kicks arse! I have all the DVDs (including the post & per natal which is fab when heavily ...pregnant & afterwards!), and cannot recommend them enough, there easy to follow & so much fun joining in the jokes over the years. I started with The Power of 3 DVD after my 2nd child was born 9 years ago, & after seeing the results I have never looked back. I have bought other Davina DVDs over the years & have had another child,... & I can honestly say that I have never been in better shape. I chop & change DVDs to work different muscles, but still do Power of 3 at least once a week as I find it a brilliant all rounder. I love following Jackie on Facebook & Twitter as she is so encouraging, full if good ideas & feels like a good friend :-) Thankyou Jackie. x See More

Alex took part in her first major competition today. She came second which is amazing. Mark and I are extremely proud of her.

102.5kg squat which is a PB without wraps
52.5kg bench
And a 145kg deadlift which is a all time ...PB
And a 300kg total very happy with today,
was quite ill last week and wasn't sure if I'd be able to compete but very pleased with how I did

Good Morning everyone. I hope you are all feeling fab, fit and happy. I often start my posts with that slogan as I genuinely really do hope you are all feeling fab, fit and happy, but I understand that not everyone can feel like that all the time, I know for sure I don't always ! So today I want to remind everyone that it's OK not to be feeling on top of the world and not to beat yourself up that sometimes you feel sad, worried, anxious or angry. Everyone at some time of life has to deal with difficult situations and no amount of motivational talk will take away feelings of sadness, grief, worry etc. We are ALL allowed to sometimes feel these negative emotions and it doesn't mean with are in any way inferior or worthless, it actually means we have empathy, understanding and true feelings. So It's OK to not be OK sometimes. However, if you find that you are sad, anxious and worried more than you are happy and motivated and finding life tough, there are people (including me) who would be more than happy to chat with you and offer you advice and point you in the right direction. So this is what I’ve learnt so far

1. Say sorry. Compromise and move on.

2. Things come and go, chasing them is pointless.


3. Look at the sky every now and again. Really look at the sky.

4. Some things like your health for example you can’t control, so learn to understand what you can and can’t and only focus on what you can.

5. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow never knows, so all that matters is now.

6. Listen to kids and cab drivers. They have the answer.

7. The only marketing is the product.

8. Observe a trend and do the opposite.

9. Don’t try and do everything. Share the work, you’ll get better results.

10. We’re all brilliant at something. Find that thing and just keep doing it over and over.

11. If you don’t make mistakes you don’t make anything.

12. Lie horizontal for 20 minutes at some point in the afternoon. Rest when your body tells you.

13. Most problems can be cured by a good walk, a good hug, or a good friend. All are free.

14. Learn from Groundhog Day. Giving is better then receiving.

15. Pretty much everything we see around us was created by another human being with exactly the same abilities as you. If they can, so can you.

16. Co operate not compete.

17. Put yourself in their shoes. Really understand their thinking, what they are going through and the reason for their actions, not your interpretation of it.

18. All your emotions, love, jealousy, fear, they’re all inside you, therefore you can choose to act on them or not.

19. Create. Just create. Nothing else matters.

20. Everyday I know less.

Good Morning everyone. Well 2018 has arrived and I have decided it's going to be the year of change. There are always things in our life that we would like to change but we always seem to find a thousands reasons to just carry on doing the same old things. So it's time to get rid of all the bad habits, all the negative thoughts, all the excuses and get on with being the best we can possibly be. January is never a good time to make promises as we are still recovering from the ...Christmas holidays and we are all a bit stressed, a bit tired and busy. Therefore I have made the decision to spend this month planning and then working on my future self. Everyone knows that eating well and exercising often are two of the main components for good health but let's not forget we also need to make life fun, interesting and rewarding. So this year I think it's a good idea to step back from calorie counting, weighing scales, BMI calculators etc and instead make ourselves some fun goals. I would love to hear all your suggestions on ways you would like to get fit and have fun at the same time. Maybe taking up a sport, booking a walking holiday, climbing a mountain, horse riding, volunteering at kennels, or it may be something as simple as having a challenge at work with colleagues about climbing the office stairs, there are SO many possibilities. Also I would love to hear some of the ways you would like to relax and allow your body a break from the constant state of ''high alert''. Once you have decided on your fun and challenging goal we can then work on the things that you may perceive as stopping your achieving that goal, for example I know I need better time management. Oh well get planning you lot and let's see if there are things we can maybe do together and if not offer support and encouragement to each other. Have a great day xx

Good morning everyone. I do hope you have all had a good Christmas and are feeling positive about the New Year. Mark, Alex and I have had a great time with family and friends. We have also heard from some people who have had a challenging Christmas and we send them all our love, support and strength. I think 2018 will be a good year and I personally feel that with some effort and getting out of our comfort zone, anything can be achieved in the coming year. This is a good tim...e to write down your goals and have a think about what might be the obstacles you need to jump over to achieve what you want. Please feel free to share with us what YOU would personally like to achieve in 2018, it doesn't have to be fitness related, it can be things like spend more time with friends, sleep better, feel calmer etc and of course feel stronger, healthier and happier. Between us all I am sure we can knock down any obstacles, take the big leap and make the New Year a great year. Love to you all. Jackie x

Weight loss is without doubt the number one reason why most of our clients come to us to start training. Weight loss as a goal in itself is doomed to fail . If this is your only goal you could simply cut of one of your arms job done, or you can live on a strict extreme diet until you reach your desired weight, but then what? Most people will go back to their old ways and end up worse than when they started.
You need to embark on a journey. A journey of discovery unleashing y...our full potential. It always starts with movement, moving in space working hard on balance which helps with core strength. as the journey continues find things that interest you, which can then lead to an adventure,
It's important to realise that exercise is not a punishment for being fat and that moving around is something that our bodies wants to do and are designed to do, it makes exercise more fun and fulfilling. Make sure you are eating good food and making healthy choices when it come to what they eat and drink. All this together then results in your original goal of losing weight, but you will have a more sensible and exciting platform from which to move forward. Taking this approach will make your goals so easy to sustain.
