So Jessica and I are doing great. We've self quarantined for the past 4 days because how severe this could be to someone like me. We went a few days ago and picked up supplies to last at least 2 weeks, so people who are infected get past ther incubation period. If you're looking for actual advice please ignore the FB "doctors, nurses, or the people sharing their post' and go directly to the source CDC or WHO. There you can find instructions if you think you ar...e sick and the symptoms. One last thing please do not go to the store and buy everything, stop the hoarding. Think about others and get what you might need for 2 weeks at a time like normal people do. When we went most of the shelves had few choices but mostly barren.
Last but not least please take this serious and there's a reason we're doing the quarantine. If you must go outside keep your distance from others, keep situational awareness, practice good hygiene and try not to touch your face till you scrub up. If we listen to this advice the quarantine will be lifted and if not it'll keep spreading and longer quarantine.
