I never post reviews, but this is in definite need of one. My kiddos and I drove from the south side of Waukesha to visit Jumping Country and it was completely worth it. The owner was so kind and welc...oming and it was obvious how her heart is in this business. The inflatables were so fun and had so much variety for my 1 and 3 year old. This establishment is so clean, well set up, and allowing parents to participate with their children is the best part. This is the only establishment I have come across that does this. It is truly a great time for parents and children! We can’t wait to be back soon! See More

This is a great place. There are many bounce houses for them to play in They have an area for the little ones to play with toys and for the parents to sit and relax while the kids bounce off their ene...rgy. They offer rooms where you can hold a party in, we have done this a couple of times and it turned out great. The staff will help you through it all. I feel safe while I am here. There is only one way in and one way out and you and your kids need matching wrist bands to leave. As a parent, it sure is nice to let them play without the worry of needing to see where they are 100% of the time. I defiantly recommend you try them out if you haven't. See More

Great facility. Lots of bouncy houses. Brought 4 kids over winter break and wanted to use a $2 off coupon I know I saw on a website. I asked the staff if I could use it. They said sure as long as they... had the "code" off the coupon because they had to enter the "code" for the discount. I wasn't sure what website it was on, and asked if they knew where it was, and they said "no". (Not helpful at all) When I finally found the coupon, it said "$2 off per kid". I asked if this was correct, and the staff member Rudely said "No, it's $2 off total". Also, they didn't take ANY "code" off of the coupon either. They simply wanted to make the extra $2. I thought that was rude in itself. PLEASE train your staff to have better manners! I spent a lot of money to come here from Sheboygan and didn't appreciate the rudeness over a stupid $2!!!
Like I said, great facility but RUDE staff.

I was very disappointed in our visit yesterday. From the moment we arrived the worker was cranky. Then, they lost power to a few of the machines and the worker started yelling at the kids. She was jus...t very rude about the whole thing even though it was not any child’s fault. Apparently one of the circuit breakers was tripped because too many things were plugged in. Their electrical situation just seems unsafe (cords and plugs everywhere within easy reach), and the way the apparatus is set up in the back left corner it’s nearly impossible to keep track of a kid. There are places they can hide that you can’t see them at all. Also twice as expensive as some other places and definitely not worth the money. See More

First off, Kids had a blast and exhausted from all the fun. The facility was enjoyable but I was disappointed that I was unable to use my gift card “jump pass” with my “buy one get one free” pass I wo...n from a community event. Essentially makes them useless to me See More

I am severely disappointed in your service yesterday. We have not been to Jumping Country in a while and I had no idea that you had changed ownership. Aside from two posts here on Facebook at the time... of purchase, there was no other news about it and absolutely no mention that jumping passes would no longer be valid! (Maybe there was for residents of Grafton, but not everyone who comes here lives here.) I would have expected much better warning/notice to be given about this. I am so disappointed and upset that that will be our last visit. See More

My friend and I brought our kids there last week and I want to say how it just keeps getting worse. We were greeted with an unfriendly person at the desk. She did not give any type of bracelet/band li...ke they have done in the past. The front area was full of “stuff”, disorganized and complete with a box of donuts on the floor underneath the desk. No one was monitoring on the inside, and the place was a mess- rundown furniture and toys plopped in the middle of the couches. It looked and felt filthy. Will not be coming back. See More

My kids (ages 4 and 1) and I visited today amd wow was was I impressed my 4 year old had a blast in each bouncy house and my 1 year old had just as much fun playing with foam blocks and walking around.... The prices where very cheap and the staff member who was working today (10-6-17) was awesome making sure each bouncy house was properly inflated and safe for the kids. Outstanding job quite the operation will most definitely be back. See More

My 4 girls and I love this place. We come on rainy weekend days and of course every time it rains the girls say “can we go to Jumping Country?” They have made improvements by replacing a couple inflat...ables and have added more comfy chairs for parents. See More

I went there today with my 2 kids and almost the moment we got there a kid started throwing a ball at my kids and hitting them in the back. I went and found a worker and told her and she said ok. No...thing was done about it so I went and watched my kids and stood to make sure this kid wouldn't do it again. When I didn't see him again I went to sit down. About half an hour later my kids came over and said they the same kid was doing the same thing again. I mentioned it again to another worker and she said ok...I stated that I had spoken to a girl in orange she said ok! After about 20 minutes more my kids were ready to go because there are too many kids pushing and throwing balls at people! We left and I mentioned on the way out and the worker said oh! For the price they charge it should be better policed! Never going again!! See More

Kids loved it! glad there is one of these nearby for them to enjoy. The front desk area was unorganized, messy and unwelcoming. Inside the Jump room was freezing. Had to keep on jackets and hats. Woul...d still return for kids sake. See More

I went there with my Godson who is almost 3 and he had an absolute blast! He's wasn't big enough to maneuver through some of the tunnels and obstacles, but he loved it. I think the adults that came wi...th may of had more fun than the kids! The adults can also go on/in the bouncy houses as well. We will definitely be going back again soon! See More

What a disappointment. Nothing to do w/ the actual facility but the help. The worker was downright rude to us. $13.50 for 1/2 hour of play? I felt ripped off.

My kids love Jumping Country they would never leave if they could. The facility is always clean and well kept. I will admit I do feel bad for the employees sometimes, parents don't always watch the...ir own children (even though it is posted as a rule and it's just common sense) and then other parents yell at employees over something they can't control. Had a party for my niece there. I pre-paid online. I have an email confirmation saying it is paid. At the end of the party they show up with a bill. I show the lady my paid receipt... no problem. Late...r I get a call from them trying to collect again, so I send them a coy of my receipt showing it is paid. Now they are threatening to go to small claims court, when I clearly have a paid receipt. Either make the billing process clearer, or stop threatening people. Very poor management. See More

Had a party there for my 3 year old. The people working there were nothing but wonderful to us, however I felt like the bounce houses were never cleaned before.. and now me and my daughter along with ...3 other party guests are extremely sick with the flu a few days later. And the older kids jumping had ZERO respect for the younger kids. They were so wild.. I witnessed several older kids busting their faces into other small innocent children, and they were jumping off the ladders directly onto other kids. I had to yell at a kid because he was about to purposely jump on top of me and my daughter. There needs to be rules kids and parents must follow since some parents pay no attention to their wild children. If you have a younger child I would advise you to not go or go there during a school week when it's dead. See More

My first time at jumping country. I have gone to other places. I was disappointed. We went in the morning, and I felt like the place was dirty. The carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed in a w...hile. The party rooms need to be locked when not in use. There were kids in a party room that weren't supposed to be in there. Would be nice to serve food or at least have a place where you can bring your own picnic lunch. Its inconvenient to have to put coats and shoes on to leave for lunch and then have to come back. For the price, I feel like I expected more.
My kids did have fun and were able to burn off a lot of energy. I think we will return to the other place we have gone.
