It's Royal Darwin Show time which means I get to try something new for my entries! This one is all hand painted with the amazing edible art paints from Sweet Sticks, and finished with hand made sugar flowers. If you happen to be at the show this weekend and see my cakes, let me know how I went!

After watching the AMAZING Katherine Sabbath on MasterChef Australia during sweet week I had to have a go at her beautiful cake and with my sister visiting and it nearly being her birthday I had the perfect excuse! I have some very happy guests in the house and I'm pretty happy with my first attempt. Thank you Katherine for sharing your awesome talent!

The gorgeous Chloe has her birthday coming up but she celebrated early with a super fun party. The brief was her name on top and the number 9, I couldn't help myself, just had to add a few little extras in! Edible topper and hand made sprinkles to match, each one individually placed

Our kids go to an amazing school and today we had the chance to celebrate the 110th birthday! I was so honoured to be able to make the cake along with 215 cupcakes. Hand cut logo and hand made sprinkles to match
Who’s ready for the World Cup!? These were for my kids soccer team, all hand cut, no cutters!

The Royal Australian Air Force's 114MCRU just celebrated their 75th Birthday and I was honoured to be asked to make the cake to be served at a function of past and present serving members.
The design was based on the patch the unit wears on their uniform, the taipan mascot was all hand cut and hand painted, just the way I like it!
