What better reason to fish Darwin and have a say in our recreational fishing future!

Australian Recreational Fishing Foundation

There has never been a more exciting time to be a recreational fisher! - The theme for this years national conference!
with interactive sessions, a gala dinner and fishing tournament, it is a must for all who are serious about the future of recreational fishing.

Green groups use misleading information to trick recreational fishers to support Marine Park Lock Outs!
In the latest move to get the Labor/Greens Marine Park plan reinstated, Green groups are asking recreational fishers to support more marine sanctuaries, by supporting their petition. What they don't tell you is that by signing their petition you will really be supporting more and larger "Lock out Green zones".

You don't have to lock recreational fishers out of large areas ...to protect our unique marine environment.

Make sure you sign the right petition- our Petition now - there are two days left to have your say at:

3 Days to protect your fishing rights in Marine Parks!
Public comment on the Commonwealth Marine Park Plans closes this Wednesday 20 September. At stake is you access to thousands of kilometres of our seas including many iconic fishing spots. Labor/Greens and the powerful anti fishing lobby are again using mis information to try and have the current plan overturned and the Labor / Greens plan reinstated.

Remember, the Labor/ Greens plan Locks us out of over 1.3 million square kilometres of our seas, including many iconic recreational fishing spots. But what Labor/ Greens don't tell you about their plan is that we will have to share the smaller area that we can fish in with long liners and potentially super trawlers. Its a Bad Deal!
Help Us protect our Fishing Rights by signing our online petition at: www.keepaustraliafishing.com.au

Our Iconic fishing spots under threat! AGAIN!
The powerful anti recreational fishing lobby has reacted to the Government's marine park plans and are working to have the plans over turned and replaced with the Greens - Burke Plan.
The Government's plans aren't perfect, but they do maintain access to the majority of our iconic fishing spots, including wreck reef and many other prized reefs in the Coral Sea and the Perth Trench and Geographe Bay in Western Australia. The plans a...re significantly better than the alternative - the Greens Burke Plan, that would have had recreational fishers locked out of over 1.3 Million square kilometres of our seas.
Help us stop the anti fishing lobby over turning the Government's Plans by joining our on- line petition to the Government at: www.keepaustraliafishing.com.au
