We spent a lot of time with John Ross last week as he helped Gracie with her new contacts! I can’t say enough nice things about John and the entire experience there! He was so patient and really put G...racie at ease. She loves her contacts and he made the whole experience a great one! Thank you so much!!! See More

My husband and I drove from High Point to purchase glasses for our son. We walked in and noticed only one customer being helped on the eyewear side of the office.

We stood waiting for them to finish,... we were next in line.

While waiting, my husband asked an employee behind what looked like a receptions desk if the office is part of the "My Eye Doctor" group. The employee said no. Her responding to my question indicates they, the office, knew we were there.

20 more minutes or so passed and the customers ahead of us have now been gone about 10 minutes but still no service or even acknowledgement.

For this visit, 1 star is too much.

Does your child play sports? If so, their eyes need to be protected by appropriate sports protective eyewear. Sports eye injuries account for an estimated 100,000 physician visits annually. April is Sports Eye Safety Awareness month. In observance, stop by Kidspecs in April and mention this post to save 20% on prescription or non-prescription protective sports eyewear from Bolle, Hilco/Leader and Rec Specs.
