Happy Sunday! ••• 12 Step Ups each side 12 Bulgarian Split Lunges each side 12 Single Leg Cable Deadlifts 20 Jump Squats X 4 ••• 15 Leg Extensions 15 45 Degree Back Extensions (I squeeze my butt SUPER hard) 12 Curtsey Lunges each side 8 Kick Stand Single Leg Deadlift each side 15 Barbell Hip Thrusts followed by 10 body weight single leg hip thrusts X 3 ••• Finished with sprints for 10 minutes on the Stairmaster. #legitaf
