Hey Mr. Krusseldorf,
I gotta say man...
I am a recently new fan of... your music and from what I have heard on the far reaches of the internet, exploration into your world is just as excitingly curious as it is as much a source of pure relief. But here is why I'm writing you...
Your latest album "fractal world" could possibly be one of the greatest albums ever made. I wouldn't take the time to write this (to you) if it was just a 'simply spectacular' work of art. No, there is something so deeply genuine, pure, wise, and ironically truthful about this.... such as life (and death). One song in particular that I feel encapsulates my life, 'Spirit ale.' There is not a moment of this song that is not the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. Dude I don't know what kind of parapsychology you've been dealt in life, but you truly captured the future and the past in the present moment and took every emotion down to the T on this one. Every sound so perfectly placed towards a purpose. I could write a book on that track as it gave me an outer-body perspective of merely everything. . . Please make more music like this, it is absolutely wonderful. Also if you ever decide to turn 'spirit ale' into a longer track, I'd listen to it all day. Anyways, respect to you, and all you do. Don't ever settle for less and I'll be on the other side... listening.
The best,
~S

A lot of you have been asking me to add my older albums to my bandcamp. Unfortunately they are signed to a label and I have no permission to upload them to my bandcamp. Enjoy this (probably illegal) stream from youtube instead with one of my favorite krusseldorf tracks.
Once upon a time on my journey to learn audio production I had a music project with a good friend of mine, Donald Persson called Knaprika. We played our somewhat unpolished but highly psychedelic chillout and psytrance music all over Northern Europe. This is one of those chillout sets, rough and unpolished, but a fun look at what was before Krusseldorf.
A lot of people have asked me why I left Aleph Zero to release my new album and you all have wild and hilarious speculations, but reality is much more dull. There is no bad blood between me and previous labels, the reason I wanted to self r...elease this album is so I could release it in a 24 bit FLAC format and not be forced to dither down to 16 bit mp3s. I also had a very strong vision to what tracks I wanted on the album and also wanted the option to set a lower price on the album with the OPTION to pay more.
It has been a very scary experiment standing on your own, but also a very successful one and I have big plans and more releases upcoming.
I want to thank everyone who stood with me, everyone who shared my posts or videos, everyone who pirated an mp3 of my music and sent it to a friend, and of course extra special thanks to everyone who bought my album.
I leave you with a very personal track from my album that was recorded over 4 years ago and has since then longed for a release.
Krusseldorf - Fractal World is now be available on iTunes, Amazon etc. Although if you are interested in the 24 bit version, you have to get it at bandcamp
This has been a passion project for the last 3 years and I would like to thank you for supporting and believing in this project. I also need all your help to spread the word that the release is... finally out.
much love Simon Heath

What people are saying:
'Another great album of melodic electronica from Krusseldorf with a lighter, retro-keyboard sound that builds on his previous CD. This should be big on Echoes.' John Dilberto / Echoes
'Warm, abstract and clever. Not heard his music in a while but this reminds me why I used to like it so much.' Nick Interchill
'Krusseldorf's new album is pure bliss…so peaceful, sweet and magical, exactly the vibe I've loved from this artist since I came across his music few years ago. He created another beautiful piece with "Fractal World"…'. Suduaya
'Deep ethereal electronica, that touches every emotion and thought. The stuff dreams are made of.' DJ IpcressMeer weergeven
I just started a new youtube channel where I plan on uploading all my tracks for you all, in time. It is a tiny space in the binary cosmos right now. But if you share my videos it might grow from soil to space!
Krusseldorf - Creation, from the new album Fractal World out 21 January.
The new album will soon be available, it is made for 24 bit playback, has a great dynamic depth and it will not have succumbed to the loudness war. Be sure to turn the volume knob up on this one folks.
