Knowledgeable trainers, friendly staff. The cleanest gym I have ever trained at. Functional atmosphere, truly upscale and private which is nice. Excellent class offerings and easy to get to location.

I had a great time. My class with John Beale was challenging but not overwhelming. He really did an awesome job of being both authoritative and nurturing simultaneously. I would definitely return.

With an array of different training styles, anyone can find something exciting that suits their personality and fitness goals. On top of that, it's truly an upscale facility. It's the nicest lookin...g and cleanest gym in Chicago. Three cheers for Lateral! See More

Awesome gym and convenient/quick circuit classes for mid day exercise. Super great staff, would highly recommend to anyone in River North!

Great facility and ownership, extremely clean, updated locker rooms, up to date equipment and the personal trainers are top notch. Can I give 6 stars? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just finished an eight-week wellness program with Lateral and all I can say is wow. Had a blast AND lost 13 pounds, 4% body fat and 1.5 inches off my waistline. Can't wait to see what the next eight w...eeks brings!

We are going to try 2 new features on our feed. "Exercise of the Day" and video clips. Let us know your thoughts! Today's combo of both is "21's" for the biceps. It allows you to work both heads and from top to bottom. Great way to end a bicep workout. 💪🏼💪🏼

Here's a butt blaster for you that will also just spike that heart rate. Take a step, preferable on a small incline, and do one leg lunges for a set of 10-15 reps each side. Make sure to drive off of that front leg and not the back. Also, make sure to contract your glutes at the top of the motion. Let us know what you think!
