This arena sucks! They refuse to ensure that the parking lots, that they use for their customers, are cleared for handicap accessibility. They have no problem taking your money but could care less i...f you can get into the building. They've left my son and I stranded outside 3 times this winter and the only thing they can say is, "The city owns it. Talk to them." As if I care who owns the lot when my son is stuck. See More

Turn the music down. Extremely loud music. Its unbearable. I would like to be able to have a conversation with the person next to me. The Football is great, just turn the volume down

This was my first time inside the arena. Although it was a bit warm and muggy inside, I really enjoyed our experience there. They were very kind to let the community hold their Health and Wellness eve...nt inside since it got rained out at the park. I will definitely attend more events there. See More

Went to the Ironmens game and it was a good game with the exception of kids standing in front of us so we couldn't see the game. I am a season ticket holder and paid good money for front row seats. Pe...ople do not watch their kids and it was a bad situation. Had to get security and they stated that they did not have enough help to take care of the problem. Parents of kids were asked to keep kids with them and they started yelling at us and threatened to fight us. We will not be going back and sure will miss the games. The security needs to do their job and people do not need to be feel threatened when out to have a good time when you had to pay good money. See More

The Ironmen game was fun to watch. The experience would've been better had it not been for the customer service. The only pleasant person was the elderly fellow in the ticket booth. I politely smile ...and say hello to the lady taking tickets and I was greeted with a smirk and absolute silence. Okay, moving on. I stop to get some refreshments before the game starts. Again, I politely smile and say hello. "What can I get you?" was the response I received. Alright. I give the young lady my order and one of her helpers seemed very inconvenienced because she had to stop eating herself to give me my soda. Obviously I can't go without interaction with the employees but if I could, I would if this is what I can expect. See More

My family and friends loved watching Risers games this year, and have watched hockey here for years. I will always associate L.C. Walker Arena with the scent of the roasted almonds, which is definit...ely better than some smells associated with some arenas... Risers games were amazingly affordable, and the arena really has no bad seats, except directly behind the player benches. With general admission seating that isn't a problem. Only issue, and it has been mentioned a few times in the reviews, is the playing surface for soccer and football looks pretty shoddy. I hope this is corrected for the next season. Overall, been going here since the Mohawks days, and the place is still a nice family friendly venue. See More

My family had an awesome time watching the Ironmen VS Phantoms football game. Our first time we ever attended an Arena Football event. Although we are from Muskegon my daughter received 6 tickets from... one of the Phantom players. What a great guy he made sure we had everything we needed and came and talk to us after the game. Next time they are in town we will be there. Only complaint the seats in arena are small and it is very crowed. See More

We went to the Risers game. Had a great time. I was disappointed that the field didn't fit the surface. The pieces were mismatched. It looked very unprofessional. I know we are a hockey town but I thi...nk it does a great disservice to the Risers and the Iron Men if their field looks terrible. My second issue was one of the sponsors on the boards. I know they pay good money for advertising but it is a family environment. The sponsor in question is Daifuku. Sound it out. Oh yea. Just what I want my kid to read before they learn phonetically See More

We had an overnight family stay at the Shoreline Inn then attended a hockey game. Great game on Saturday night and had a good time. I use to go to hockey games at the LC when the Fury played there. I ...have been living out of state since 2000 so have not been back in sometime. I agree with the one comment about the bathrooms need to be more clean and an update would be real nice! It's an older building See More

..Went to the game tonight and seen a great game, but left shaking my head again. "Security" sends a little older lady usher down to the front row to harass fans for banging on the boards and the gl...ass...LIKE SERIOUSLY??? Those pucks come in at up to 100 miles per hour, and players get hammered into them going full force into the corners...Like what kind of damage do you really think someone banging on them is going to cause? Absolutely none. Watch any ESPN highlights and see how many fans bang on the glass. So what, youre going to harass fans for being fans and having a good time and threaten to kick them out of the game for it? Thats just plain ridiculous.
But then again, this is Muskegon...Where it's now ILLEGAL to warm up your vehicle!

And to top it all off, were at a hockey game right?...They didn't even have the decency to offer up a moment of silence for the passing of Mike Illitch! That's a fricking disgrace in my book! Shame on you guys!

"Like" Walker Arena, Hall of Fame is a great addition...kinda wish the coaches would teach the kids it is ok to "check" each other when they are near the puck...I saw a lot of "cheap shots" away from ...the puck...this is what is taught, this is what's ok, I guess. Way to go, JJ, even though you didn't feel good, you played good! See More

I had a fantastic time at the For king and country concert on 11/04. It was magical. Just wish it wouldn't have been so hot. The venue was amazing. The only thing I would change would be the climate a...nd the bathrooms were a bit dirty other then that I enjoyed it so much. See More

Went to an ironmen game. The arena was small and the bartenders were not friendly but it was still fun considering I'm from out of town here on business it gave me something to do.

We bought our tickets with seat location right from the Arena booth window 3 days before the Ironman game. Game time we went to sit in our seats and they were all removed. We had to stand after being ...told we were purchasing seats. The speaker system is horrible! I felt sorry for the school choir trying to sing the national anthem. The speaker kept cracking and going out through out the whole event. Very disappointed. See More
