I really don't have a lot of respect for companies that have not updated their list of eligible zip codes in over 7 years. I got a survey request and when it asked for my zip code it did not recognize... it even though this zip code was created 7 years ago!!! Upon inquiry's from other companies I have found out that companies need to update their zip code identification software regularly ....which in this case obviously has been more than 7 years and is extremely outdated!!!! I would not work with a company that is not trying to keep up with the times. See More

I tried to participate in your newest Adobe Application Survey what still is very time intensive. Probably you should tell people at the beginning, how long it will take approx.

Also, after around 2...5 minutes, before the end of the survey, the systems didn't accept any digits what should be filled out by answers correctly. I sent you an e-mail to give you a spot on this question because I can't be the only one who struggles, but the e-mail system gave me the error message:

The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full".

That is not amusing those who have questions or problems with such surveys.

Regarding surveys: Estimated completion times are NEVER accurate. Late disqualification, sometimes at 100% completion. "Quotas Met" at 90%-plus completion. Constant source of frustration.

I was used for three months for the greeting card panel. I was even updating after my one year old had surgery for the placement of a feeding tube. After the three months, I was no longer able to sign... onto the website. I was informed that the were working on the issue and would get back to me. After a week, I received no word so I emailed back. I was provided a new link and told to change my password. No good. It's unable to send me an email. And the person on the other side of the email has no idea what I am talking about (even after sending screen shots) and takes forever to respond. Ugh. Frustrated and bummed. See More

I was sent a survey about "Hulu". This company (Liebermen Research Worldwide) was the that did it this. This is response to that experience.

APPARENTLY this corporation (or HULU) only wants opinions... of Millenniels, or Generation Y. The survey will take 25 min? They asked my sex, ad birth year, then ended the survey!

I watch television. I am an intelligent human being. I am not brain dead, nor do I have Alzheimer's. I do NOT go to bed at 8 PM, on the contrary I am up past 2 AM most of the time. So, what is your reason for DISQUALIFYING me from you survey?

Look, you idiots in suits who wasted my time...I like Super Heros, BBC, Suspense, Adventure, Love Stories, Intelligent Comedy, and even some Anime (e.g. Full Metal Alchemist) as well as foreign films. However, I prefer them dubbed in English. Not because of age but some scar tissue on cornea that makes reading quickly difficult on a screen. The only thing I don't care for are Horror, and brainless shows that think constant sex romps and vulgarity is the height of entertainment.

So, let me ask you this like a millennial, or Gen Y watcher might: WTF?

I am on the greeting card panel and I have several cards to register. I can't log into the site because my email is not confirmed. When I contact them they say they have reset my password. THAT IS NOT... THE PROBLEM. I need to respond to an email that confirms my information. I never received one. It may have gone to spam. HELP PLEASE See More

I am amending my original rating. I had done a survey via Gaia online, spent 50 minutes doing it only to be told I didn't qualify. I had left a review on here and was ask...ed to contact them via email. I've been in contact with a lady who works there who contacted Supersonic to let them know I completed one of their surveys so I could get my reward. She told me if I didn't receive the reward from Supersonic, she would send me a $10 gift card. Everything has turned out fine and I've appreciated the quality customer service I've been shown trying to make this right. I'd do a survey through this company again. Thank you for taking care of this issue for me. See More

Total Scammers! Make promises they don't keep. Use misleading tactics. LAME company!

Attempted one of their 30 minute surveys for an Amazon gift card. 45 minutes later countless questions answere...d. They pull out the rug and say they have all the information they need. No gift card for you!! How about all the information you just basically stole from me. No response from customer service. See More

Whenever I am presented with a Lieberman survey on my survey panel, I am unable to take it. Why? It is because Lieberman's technology seems unable to distinguish between a smartphone or tablet, and ...the 14" Chromebook on which I normally, and successfully access surveys. I consistently get a message that it "appears" that I am using a smartphone or a tablet. I do wish that you folks would upgrade/adjust your technology to account for the increasing popularity of the Chromebook. See More

Company keeps calling when asked not to. Despite me being on the national do not call list. They do not honor Canada's Freedom of information act (FOIP). 2 months someone finally told me the company name.

They got me again..attempted one of their surveys, but knew I shouldn't based on my past experience. Completed 15 minutes of a 20 minute survey only to be told I didn't qualify. Shouldn't take long ...to figure out if someone meets the target group, but it happens all the time when I attempt LRW surveys. They get data, don't have to pay. I won't be using the product that the survey seemed to be about anymore.. See More
