Based at the John Watkins Plaza (outside the library!), LSE Catering will be serving up a #hearty range of #toasty #street-food including #Cajun #chicken, chipotle #smoked #beef, #Vietnamese #noodles and a variety of #refreshments and #deals. Serving between 12:00 and 14:30 on the 15th, 17th, 22nd and 24th of November, pop down to our street #food festival and try our #delicious and #diverse #cuisines for yourself!

#LSEcatering is committed to demonstrating how #healthier #ingredients, #seasonal #vegetables, #fish from# sustainable stocks and higher #animal #welfare can benefit your health and the environment.

Where there is unavoidable #waste that we are unable to reuse we will provide and encoura...ge use of facilities for #recycling and ensure that dry waste (e.g. cardboard, paper, metal) is kept separate from wet waste e.g.food).

Any unavoidable food waste will be collected daily and sent to a local unit for turning into usable compost. We will monitor this waste to see where reductions may be made.
We will encourage customers to use crockery instead of disposables, and provide reusable/recyclable/biodegradable products instead of polystyrene.

    This cafe is really overpriced, especially bearing in mind it is part of a university and that the quality of the food i...s very average (certainly not as nice as normal coffee shops.)

    The food is also not very fresh, salad leaves quite often starting to wilt and a salad pot I bought had several bits of fluffy mould in it.

    I work in the same building and would sometimes go for convenience, but not anymore!     See More
