Impressive and useful, but the fact that it's the noisiest library makes it the worst place to study. Everyone is chatting, talking on the phone, messing around..., giggling, gossiping, etc. Best thing to do is grab the books you need and go to the nearby KCL library or northwards to other UoL libraries. One feels like in a mall, expecting to turn a sharp corner and find a Nero.
As I said, grab your stuff and move elsewhere if you need to concentrate.
