University Marketing and Communication holds drop-in headshot sessions the first Friday of every month from 10 a.m. - noon at WTC, Lewis Towers, Room 1413.

All Loyola faculty and staff are welcome to come by and have their portraits taken. Appointments during these hours are not necessary. Each head shot session will take approximately 10 minutes and will be taken against a white backdrop.


Please note that these are individual head shots, not group portraits. Group portraits will need to be scheduled in advance and generally at another time.

Please join us tomorrow at Kasbeer Hall in Loyola's Corboy Law Center for a keynote by founders of #BlackLivesMatter to commemorate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Seating and food are available on a first come, first serve basis beginning at 11:45am. This event is open to Loyola and the general Chicago community. Note: all non-Loyola guests will be expected to sign in at the lobby of Corboy Law Center.

The evening program at the Lake Shore Campus will take place in... the Damen Student Center, Schmidt Multi-purpose Room at 5pm. A light reception will be available to guests immediately following the keynote at 6:30pm. No ticket or RSVP is required and seating and food will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you cannot attend either MLK Celebration in person, Loyola is livestreaming the presentation ( at both campuses. The livestream will begin 5 minutes prior to each event start time courtesy of the School of Communications.
