* * * LBV Pool Opens * * *
The pool located in the center of Fremont Ct. next to the clubhouse opened May 6th. The hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily,
All residents need a pool key to access the pool deck. There is a charge for replacement of lost keys. Owners may contact Chris Peters for replacement keys and residents who rent should contact their unit's owner or the owner's agent. Do not lend out your key or open the gate to the pool area to anyone who does not have a key ...of their own.
The pool rules are posted on the pool bulletin board and a copy was included with the LBV May 2017 newsletter. Please review them. Please be considerate of your neighbors by maintaining acceptable behavior in and around the pool and keeping the noise level low. Report any problems with pool visitors or facility problems to Chris Peters (Christine@assocmc.com).
A pool supervisor will be on hand at various times for check-in of all pool visitors and will ask for your name and your unit address. The check-in of pool visitors keeps down the number of unaccompanied children and non-residents who access the pool. This helps keep our pool maintenance costs down and prevents liability issues. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reminder: There is NO LIFEGUARD on DUTY! Use of the pool and its facilities are at your own risk. State law requires all children under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult resident.
