Jade Munsinger (and, by extension, the rest of the yearbook staff), muchas gracias for such a nice yearbook. I love what you guys did with the section titles, "spring" and "winter" are especially nice. But just the whole book is really really nice. You guys rock!

Dear film kids,
Part of me is glad the film fest is finally over, because now we can just kind of breathe, but most of me absolutely loved every minute that I got to work in the same room as you guys. You guys are some of the most talented, creative, interesting people I've ever met. When we're all together, you can almost feel the creativity in the air. I love how supportive we all are of each other, especially when one of us is feeling down about our projects. I've never met so many insightful people who just want to create and help one another create. This is a class unlike any other. I'm so proud of all of us for what we've done, whether its our final films or the 30 second montages at the beginning of the year. We've all come so far. Love you guys.

Congrats to the Theatre Department for 11 Nominations!
Speaking of nominations, announcing the finalists for the fifth annual Bobby G Awards, which celebrates outstanding achievement in high-school musical theatre in Colorado. http://dcpa.today/OYgyzv
One Acts Peeps, I am totally wowed. Trey, Haley, Christian, Lauren, Megan, and Rachel, I dream of being able to write as well as you guys. The Acts were all simultaneously brilliant and hilarious. The Ficus was super clever. Writer's Block was both so much fun and so accurate. Purgatory, does anything further really need to be said? It was original and hilarious. The Tambourine Man was a funny concept and an even better performance. I absolutely loved McAlister's Character in 8:24. And Timeless, what a way to end! It was so sweet. I'd love to continue but for brevity's sake we'll just say they were wonderful. I can't believe you guys. Well done to all you directors, writers, actors, and crews who put this on. You all are truly top notch. Thank You.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped with prom and after prom! From the senators to the parents to the staff and faculty who helped, its greatly appreciated. I can't imagine what a tremendous undertaking all this must be to organize and execute but it means a lot that you put so much effort into it. Thank you.
Class of 2017, congratulations. As of today, you start the end of your high school careers. Only 7 weeks left until the end of the year. You all of worked real hard to get this far, good luck with the rest of the year!
Trey and Cameron,
Well done at Sweeny! You were fantastic, I look forward to seeing the places you go. You're very talented. Of course, everyone else did a fantastic job too. I'm almost embarrassed to admit, all of you were so in character that I actually did not realize which character you were playing, Will, until partway through the second act and did not realize it was you, Jonathan, until after the show. In my defense, I was in the back of the theatre but still, you guys all knocked it out of the park!
Good luck to the cast and crew of Sweeney Todd as performances start tomorrow! You guys are going to knock it out of the park as always. I am constantly impressed with you and everyone involved in the theatre department. You guys rock!

Senate, I think sometimes you guys are underappreciated so I want to take a moment and thank you for all the great stuff you do for us. From Homecoming to Prom, Roar Week to the Spoon Game a lot of each year's highlights are thanks to your hard work. A special shout out to Nate Porada for being in charge of the Spoon Game this year. That's a particularly daunting task and I think I speak for a lot of us when I say it's much appreciated!
Shoutout to Ronscavage. Coolest teacher I've ever had. If I wasn't a student I feel like we would be really good friends, which is a cool bond to have with a teacher. Stay awesome.
Haley Brozovich (Hailstorm),
You are one of the sweetest, most genuine people I know. I am so lucky to have been close to you for the past few years. I couldn't ask for a better friend. Thank you for everything you do for me. You rock Stormtrooper! You're going places kid. Only a few months and you're done. I am so beyond proud of you and all your growth! ❤
Love you! LHS Alum
