In our last post - A long overdue love letter to all of the amazing friends, family, and supporters for giving us the opportunity of a lifetime!
LTL is closing its doors after an incredibly rewarding journey of successes/failures, struggles/triumphs, and a whole lot of late night block sanding sessions. We loved every minute of making toys for your little ones and owe it all to our supporters that were with us from the beginning.
We love seeing emails like these:
"Also, I want to tell you that my brother sent a Sticks and Stones set to my youngest son for his birthday this year. Both my boys love playing with it so much that I am ordering this Pair Up set for my oldest son. I love the blocks, they are beautiful and so simple. I will certainly be recommending it to others:)
Thanks for your beautiful work!"...
(hint: sending us a note like this will get you extra building blocks included in your order 100% of the time...)

Defining what it means to be a for-profit Social Enterprise is tricky but this event proved that it's a worthwhile discussion to have.
What do you think? Do you support "Do-Good" companies that have a social or environmental mission? Is it all a marketing gimmick?
Huge thanks to the Stamford Innovation Center for hosting and the moderator/audience for asking the important questions!
