#TBT 2: ChapCare, formerly Community Health Alliance of Pasadena, launched its expansion in 2012 to help the most needy (93% of their patients are below the Federal Poverty line) and their new region-inclusive brand. Latino Consultants helped coordinate the event with #ChapCare with planning and marketing as a part of the natural follow-up to providing a Strategic Marketing Plan with #HRSA (U.S. Health Resources Administration) that set the table for rebranding and expansion.
