Excellent read, full of wisdom, practical ideas, and brilliant concepts to live mindfully. If you're new to mindfulness, I think this book lays out an effortless path to incorporate it into all aspec...ts of life. If you're already a mindfulness guru, you will eat this book up. I'd say it's a book for everyone. In fact, after reading it, I bought multiple copies for family members. See More
