Ashley for the Arts is an annual event held in the City of Arcadia - Wisconsin. What makes Ashley for the Arts unique, is the wide variety of art exhibits, live music, hot air balloons, fireworks, car show, 5K Run/Walk, and kid’s activities, all for the low cost of $10 for the weekend. With so many activities and attractions, Ashley for the Arts is truly a family friendly event setting an attendance record of over 50,000 in the small community of Arcadia whose population is 2...,900. In 2017, the event raised more than $425,000 for 40 non-profit organizations, including 23 participating schools, children’s charities, medical research and financial support organizations for cancer patients.
The greatest challenge our festival has had to overcome, is the large increase in attendance year after year. We have introduced more entertainment and activity options to better suit a full family experience. Our goal is to have a little something on site for every member of the family. What festival goers may not know about Ashley for the Arts is the amount of support needed to make the event successful. From event sponsors and more than 2,800 volunteers, to the the local community members and businesses, Ashley for the Arts relies on numerous outlets to make sure the festival is well run, safe, and enjoyable for all in attendance.
