Very unhappy with service I received yesterday. I had to slow the service advisor down and ask him to go over the work that was done and the results of the inspection. He was nice after I asked him When I pulled away my tire pressure light came on. I called immediately and was told to reset the tire pressure indicator because a tire rotation causes it to come on some times. I reset it but it came back on a little later. My husband checked the pressure and I had a little over 20 psi in each tire when the tire should have 44 psi. So what did you do? The tires had normal pressure before I brought it in. Did you even change the oil and break fluid like you said? Why did I pay $193? Not sure the oil change, break flush, and tire rotation were even done. See More

My husband and I have leased 3 vehicles from Leith Honda over the past several years and have always been very happy. We visited the showroom in August and explained that our lease still had 3 months ...remaining, but that we were well over our allotted miles, so wanted to return our Odyssey early and lease a new CRV. We asked the sales manager, Paul Harris, how much we would owe (as a penalty) on the mile overages for the Odyssey. He replied, “Don’t worry about that.” Then we asked AGAIN during CRV negotiations how much we owed for the mileage overages, and he replied, “Nothing. We aren’t going to charge you for that.” We negotiated final financials, signed some paperwork, and exchanged our Odyssey for a CRV a month later.

We subsequently received a bill for $3634.20 for “excess mileage” on the Odyssey, despite TWO assurances from Mr. Harris that there would be “no penalty” charges for the excess miles. We went in fully expecting to pay an excess mileage fee, and we made sure we asked about it up front so we could make an informed financial decision. To be told we wouldn’t have to pay it, then be billed for it later, was very unsettling. All follow up calls and emails have been outright dismissed. They are claiming they would “never have said that.” But…he did.

Unfortunately, Leith Honda has lost our trust. We love Hondas; they are great cars. However, we wouldn’t send our friends and family to this dealership, despite the convenient location. If you go and are made promises, get them recorded or in writing. We regret not doing so.

This is Prabhat Dhungana, I ask for sales price for 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring, stock# H800280, and chat with Natalie to confirm the it is on stock. She confirmed the vehicle is on stock and sugg...ested me to visit internet sales team and I I also request the sales price for the vehicle and I received that around 9:00 am. When I reached Leith honda The first sales person I talked with ask for the stock no and he confirmed the vehicle is on stock, I saw him coming out with the vehicle key, and later he returned to me and say it’s out of stock. He suggested me to talk with his manager, I believe they don’t wan’t to talk so they send somebody else. He was trying to convinced me saying that what ever we see in internet is not right, but I can’t argue with him, may be he don’t understand how things work, I understand there may be some time difference since the time of sold and update of that sales in inventory is different.
But my question is if the vehicle was sold out then why I received quote for the same vehicle and call to visit there. Other thing is I am planing to buy minivan, even they didn’t offer me another one. I can feel they just I want me to be out of the store.

I wasted my time and I am not saying that I will never have business with them but I am not sure if I will get another best deal and same thing will repeat.

My family and I were heading back from the Outer Banks, and our Pilot had a transmission issue on Friday night about 4:40pm, they were able to get me in and repaired before 6:30 pm, all while their se...rvice department closes at 5:30pm. This is true customer service as we were 900 miles from home. Service Advisor Duane was extremely patient (as I was frustrated) and got us in got us to the kids playroom and made a very unpleasant situation, pretty enjoyable. Not to mention the price was completely fair. I would strongly recommend this operation to anyone. Thank You for honestly caring for the safety of my family. See More

Money got stolen out of my car when it was just there recently for service. Service manager said she knows it wasn't her techs so "she doesn't know what to tell me" director was suppose to call me but... never did. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from leith Honda. They left my car door unlocked on their lot and told me they have no cameras they took zero responsibility. See More
