We love our collars!! We find the vinyl ones work best when she goes swimming & tearing through water chasing rabbits. I enjoy the nameplate feature as well as opposed to dog tags. The website for ord...ering is user friendly, prices are great & the shipping is very fast. Collar aside though, our girl sure love her treats that were enclosed with our order! Overall, I have been very satisfied with LCS. Recently though, I purchased a protective vest for one of my labs that was horrible. It rubbed her badly underneath her front legs to the extent that I ...had to cut a hunt short due to the painful chafing that she developed. I wrote 2 negative product reviews about the vest and both were ignored. The vest is still showing a 5 star review because 1 other person gave it 5 stars. I am perplexed as to what the purpose of having a product review system if negative reviews are ignored and not published. It should be noted that there was nothing negative about LCS in those reviews, only the vest, and I simply recommended that potential buyers look at other options, many of which are carried by LCS. I have received excellent customer service both over the phone and through email from LCS any time I've had a question or concern. The one problem I have had with an order was dealt with in a fast has...sel free manner. They have the personal touch that most companies seem to have lost. Extremely disappointed. I bought the Bird Dog Trainer 2 in 2012. The remote stopped working in 2013. They replaced it promptly which was great under the limited lifetime warranty. However, I'm having ...the same problem again and they aren't willing to help me at all despite the limited lifetime warranty which states, "All parts are covered under warrant for the life of the product." The only thing that isn't covered is the labor it takes to replace. Business won't honor their OWN PRODUCTS WARRANTY. See More

Ordered two leather collars with nameplates for my dogs 6 days ago and paid $7.95 for express shipping which should have landed them on my doorstep by tomorrow at the latest. With no indication prior ...regarding this, I've just received an email saying the items have shipped without one of the collars which was out of stock. Supposedly I should be receiving one collar 10 days after ordering and have been given no indication when the other will show up. Can't comment on the quality yet for obvious reasons, but the customer service has left a lot to be desired. See More

Placed an order a week ago. Got confirmation of the order by email. Called today to check on order status and was told the item is back ordered for 8 weeks. Their order system does not tell you whe...n items are back ordered. Also checked the item on their web site and it says nothing about being on back order. Customer service rep confirmed their system doesn't let you know about back orders. See More

I love LCS, I ordered a Ruff Tough Kennel from them a little over a month ago. Their prices were reasonable and therefore I ended up ordering a few more things from them as well. The crate got here qu...ickly, I even called to talk to them to check the tracking on it and they were very helpful with that. Just got my first order today, received it quick, love the leather feel collars and sweat shirt I ordered, the bell appears to be on back order, but I appreciated the extra treat added for the dogs.
Our setter, Speedstar, is fun to watch playing with her new puppies!
Sneaky Office Dog: It's Fall catalog planning time again here at LCS and the time of year that many of our NEW product offerings arrive for their initial evaluation. Someone left a sample of an open energy bar within Billie's reach… to her credit she kept her paws off the table.
