Really good massage. Troubles with my shoulder took me to see Lisa; very knowledgable about what she’s doing, and can put it into terms on your level. She knew exactly where to concentrate on, and how... much pressure to apply. Great after care advice & it feels like a weights been lifted now. Definitely look forward to being a regular! See More

Lisa is helping with my marathon training and after just one strength training session I already achieved a further two miles at a faster pace as my hips and thighs felt free.

I had my first sports massage yesterday after doing something to my back.
After walking into her room scootched over as I couldn't stand up straight or walk correctly, I walked out straight and almost... pain free.
She certainly knows her stuff. Would highly recommend.

Just had my first sports massage and I feel so much better already. Lisa picked up on so many things that had been niggling me for ages as well as dealing with the pain I had from falling off my horse.... She gave me loads of practical tips and stretches to improve things as well. She's down to earth and really made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend See More

I had problems turning my head without pain, with some massage and rock taping Lisa sorted it out.

Always wary with her being the wife as I worry she might enjoy putting me in pain, but it was well ...worth it and got me with full mobility very quickly. See More

Injured my shoulder/neck playing rugby. Lisa assessed me and taped me up, advising to wait a few days before treatment. I instantly felt much better, I don't know how a bit of tape worked so well. ... But it worked wonders. Can't wait for the full results after massage. See More

Absolutely brilliant. Lisa talked to me about everything that she was doing and why, highlighting several different problem sites. A trip to Lisa has been of real benefit and I'll be going back again!

As you know, The Fight Team are looking at getting their 1st Club Fight Uniform, they are looking to raise funds to help. They have a football card, on the go, £10 a square and the winning square will be their sponsor, for the year, they are asking local businesses if they’d like to buy a square. If you know anyone who could help out, please point us in their direction, thank you

Our new team fight kit isn't cheap, so we need to raise monies towards it. Our aim is to fill this football card £10 a square. The winning squar...e will be our sponsor and have their company logo printed on the teams bags, rash guards, t shirts, for the year. The team travel all over the Uk competing, travel monthly to Yorkshire squad training and have already qualified for the Worlds in October in Spain.

Well it’s been a pants few days for work, had great time in the snow with the little folk.
Diary is open for next week, very limited space.

If you’ve got yourselves a snow day with your kids, get wrapped up and get outside, aside from the exercise you’ll get, we don’t often get snow like this, make memories to cherish, kids will love it

Is so excited, I’ve got myself a place in the Great North Run, Team Verrico Charity Place, any one looking to start running, I’ll be starting slow and steady

Only a couple appointments left this week and next, anyone got a run coming up or big event, get in touch

Well done to Allie, who had a massive WOW moment in PT today, really proud of you, we’ve been taking little steps, today she decided to make a massive leap

Well done ladies, Kirsty, you will be ready for that Great Wall of China
