Cant beat location if you want to visit Tate Modern, Globe ,Borough Market. Not far from Southbank.
Adequate facilities in the room and always clean. Corridors ...tend to be a bit smelly. Its all very basic as it is student acommodation. Pity there are no double beds in Bankside but I find the singles comfortable. Everything works well but there are no frills. But it is so cheap in comparison to other places that I'm not complaining,
You can have a large breakfast if you want and that is included in the room price.Canteen style and sometimes very busy but staff get you through quickly. Its much more self service that before and I miss the cheery serving staff.the staff have always been helpful and some really friendly. I ve styed here a few times and will again because you cant beat it for VFM. Thanks Bankside See More

Noisey noisey neighbors the first night, walls are thin and large heavy doors banging all the time. 2n, 3rd, and 4th night are quiet though. Convenient and g...ood location. Nothing fancy but a good place you sleep. Rooms are larger than some hotels. Dark little bar in basement with cheap drinks. Breakfast was great, lots of food and lots to choose from. Good value but beware of noise if you are fussy. See More
