Aston-Le-Walls Advanced

Clever Marley!

Britannia's Mail proved himself on Friday to be a true advanced event stallion finishing with a superb clear round cross country at Aston Le Walls, with just one rail around an influential showjumping track and a very good Dressage performance at his first advanced event with Rebecca Howard, finishing 14th.

Thank you to Jess for looking after Marley so well at home/ at the events, Rebecca for riding so fantastically well and to Kelly and Danielle for their support.

It's very special for everyone that knew Headley Britannia to see Britannia's Mail progressing towards the top and doing so well and making it look easy.

Exciting times ahead for all those with Marley babies, already in excess of 60+ off spring already born and many in the making!

Hands up who fully understands when and how to feed electrolytes!? In the warm summer months they can be vital to avoid a decrease in your horse's performance. Make sure you are clear on when and how to feed them, and what makes Pure Plus Electrolytes different from many others in this helpful vide...

Pete's just too cool for school - he's a special boy 🦄

Ellie pictured today XC on Mandorior (Shrimp) at Dauntsey 1 in the BE90 placing 3rd #proudmum

Anna and Ordnance Hill had one rail in SJ and ran a super clear, in the time XC.

Ellie and Joubert (Moley) did a super test 29, just rolled one pole and went brilliantly XC, all the direct routes but Ellie was a little quick at the first water and shaved off the red flag and circled and jumped it again before finishing clear just over the time.

We are so pleased with both horses who looked fantastic and found the step up to 100 easy. X

Britannia's Mail

Calling all Britannia's Mail clients from previous years

We have a question from a potential client for next year who has a TB mare which is 160 cm and she is i...nterested to know if any of our previous clients have used Marley with a mare this height and what the descendants heights are from smaller mares?

If your mare is this near this height what height is your Marley foal now (Please include age).

Britannia's Mail

"Hillviewfarm Wonder Why (aka Conker) had a gorgeous colt foal last night. He is by Britannia's Mail. She did it all alone while we watched Poldark" Joanna 17/7/17

Update from Dauntsey 1 - Ellie did a double clear on Mandorior (Shrimp) in the BE90. She did pick up 2 time faults but did a fantastic dressage score of 28, and has finished in 3rd place so we are over the moon.

Ellie is riding Joubert next, starting at 1.51 pm and Anna starts at 1.27 pm.

It's a big day today for Ellie (pictured warming up before her dressage test) and Anna Wilson, my working pupil who are both competing in the BE90 (for Mandorior) and BE100 for Moley and Ordnance Hill at Dauntsey 1. We walked the XC courses last night which look tough. Ellie is riding Mandorior owned by Karen Smith, Joubert owned by Bridget and Colonel Simon Hall and Anna is riding Ordnance Hill, also owned by Simon and Bridget.

Thanks Helen at @hrpequestrian for the new dressage pads and jacket, Ellie grabbed it and ran off to her next event before we could get a picture. We will get photo later x
