72 bed care home !!
all on the site of a 62 bed hotel ... but with 40 LE...SS parking places
The bottom car par park on Statham Avenue serving care home and nursery - would have 37 places. Council guidelines for a care home and nursery of this size is 102 places. !!!
Pictures below in same order as above.
Trying to view the 50 documents that make up the application on the council webiste is very difficult so we have created a website to help you.
VISIT.the site .. Object ..SHARE THIS you can even do it via the site ..
This development effects everyone in Statham and into the centre of Lymm and around.. It is a recipe for parking and traffic carnage as masses of parents try to drop off and turn round on Statham Avenue and get back onto already busy Whitbarrow.
Even the developers acknowledge 376 extra car journeys along Whitbarrow each day. but then they argue that the hotel site is well served by lots of public transport very nearby !!!!
Its not pretty either ! - very large scale building ...
