35th Anniversary of Plyler v. Doe

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra and leaders from 17 other states have sent a protest letter to Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross opposing a Department of Justice request to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census. MALDEF president and general counsel Thomas A. Saenz says a citizenship question would result in an undercount of the Latino community that would lessen its political power. "I think the administration knows that, and I think the administration is proposing it to decrease the count from the Latino population in particular," he said.…/latino-groups-p…/a61449-1

MALDEF president and general counsel Thomas A. Saenz joins leaders from the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and the law firm Cohen Milstein this afternoon at the 16th Annual Impact Fund Class Action Conference for a Thought Leadership Conversation, “Class Actions & Civil Rights: Past, Present, and Future.” Watch the livestream starting at 3:45 pm Pacific time here:

to whom it may concern. i am a mexican american, and because of this, our town cop hates me. he has brought up false charges against me. no one will help cause cause i'm mexican american and the i wanna bring up are against the chief of police and the judge and a local news paper. these people are very corrupt and get away with so much, i've called the corruption hot line but they are covering up for these people. i cant do this alone. why is everyone such cowards? i just want justice. i'm ready to go public with this on face book. if they can make it public record with lies, i can go public with the truth. names, dates, pictures everything. I want everyone to know the truth about The Napoleon Municipal court in Ohio. their not gonna squirm their way out of this one. See More

It is essential that Latinos have civil rights: MALDEF help Latinos access rights, get lawyer scholarships, make voting fair, and also advocate for their people. Please help me and my community by ge...tting indigenous and POC on the US Census and increasing affirmative action to 5% to reflect the increasing minority and Latino populations, with 2% all who claim minority, 2% POC, and 1% native speakers of their minority language. As a friend of Latinos and mom of minority kids, thank you for all you do! Go #DREAMERS! See More

I am in support of higher education, I do not understand why us of ethnic backgrounds have to have these programs to fund each other. I am truly offended. We segregate our self's by having these prog...rams out there. How does society look at them? Ah the poor ethnic person needs a hand up or out? Teach them free enterprise and have them raise their own funds. How many college grads work in the field of their education? a very small percentage. Latinos, African Americans, Asians, Whatever, it doesn't matter we are Americans, the land of th free. I encourage my kids to figure out for themselves how to make money. My 11yr old son gathered up frogs and sold them for a scooter he wanted, The school called us and said he was taking advantage of his classmates and he couldn't sell anything on school grounds. I'm telling everyone, America is following its leaders right into bankruptcy! Its time to capitalize on free enterprise. See More

Dungeons of democracy - numerous forms of violence to silence independent journalists victims of abuses - bullying, sabotage, persecution, Work Harassment
Os “subterrâneos da democracia” in portuguese ...

We are also talking about this:
International violent gang. Unscrupulous political influence-pedding. Collusion from abroad, those who depend on personal favours from corrupt politians. Violations of values and principles. That’s the way to do it.

Who would dare to support such an insanity ??? An illegality
A Democratic Nation? Unthinkable. It borders on absurdity...

"Speeches that are measured by the hour will die with the hour" said Thomas Jefferson, respectable american politician
Do you remember, american brothers?? We do.
And that is not water under the bridge.
It’s something to think about …
For how long? Until when ? Hasta cuando?

I highly recommend using the department of homeland security to remove the kkk from America. They are terrorists and that is the responsibility of homeland security to eliminate terrorism.

Thomas Saenz is a fraud. I would rather be an advocate for the families of Grant Ronnebeck or Kate Steinle. Why doesn't the Liberal media do a bodycount of American citizens killed by illegal immigr...ants? Like they did during the Iraq war. Maybe you & Tavis can "enlighten" us... See More

Dear Chairperson Charlene L. Aguilar,

I have a social networking solution that can substantially end global poverty. Go to this link to read about it:...

It would be best if MALDEF does this and not wait for CGI. We need to revolutionize charity now as almost a hundred thousand die every day of delay.

Best Regards

Once you come here legally it does not matter what color you are, you become an American. Think about the words in the name of your organization, legal defense and education fund. Your organization ...should educate Mexicans before they come to the United States to come here the right way, legally. By breaking the law to get here you are not helping anyone. You should only legally defend those who are here legally. See More
