New bills will bring transparency in use ...of fracking chemicals and raise nearly half a billion in new revenue from corporations to invest in Illinois’ communities. Majority Leader Greg Harris, State Rep. Will Guzzardi and State Senators Heather Steans and Omar Aquino are the primary sponsors of the revenue bills. State Senator David Koehler and State Rep. Robyn Gabel are the primary sponsors of the fracking transparency bill.
